Came in about half an hour before close, the owner was very nice and he explained the concept of the store to us. You pick a flavor of popsicle, pick a dip, and pick your toppings. Because we came so close to their closing time they didn't have all their flavor but their selection is pretty big. They also have ice cream to choose from. Their popsicles are very good, they're made fresh and you can definitely tell. I really liked my chocolate dipped strawberry popsicle and I'll definitely be coming back! read more

A cute popsicle spot in Spring, TX! This small family owned business reminded me of the little gelati pop shops on the streets in Italy. The owners were absolutely welcoming and friendly. This is such a great addition to the area! The kids and I stopped in here after VBS this afternoon, and it was a huge hit! We walked in and noticed that Popsi Bar is so beautifully decorated and has a very trendy elegant vibe when compared to other ice cream locales. We had a variety of different popsicles and toppings, and everyone loved their selection. The owner was so nice, helpful and patient. This place is amazing! It is quite the Popsicle experience. First, you pick the Popsicle you want. They have so many flavors - strawberry, Oreo, guava, mango, banana, lime, pineapple, vanilla, pistachio to name a few. Then you can pick if you want it filled in dark, milk, or white chocolate. Then you can pick some toppings. It comes out to roughly $5 but it is legit the best $5 you would've spent that day. So so soooo good. Go give them a try now. read more

The PopsiBar mobile truck has been parked at the Plaza De Los Food Trucks on Gosling near West Rayford, and that's where I tried them. I got a vanilla with dulce de leche ice cream bar with a dark chocolate coating, rainbow sprinkles and almonds. The owner was staffing the food truck and served us with a smile. The ice cream bar was fine--maybe not quite as smooth as some, but not icy. The price point makes more sense with a food truck than at a brick and mortar location, but if you add a tip you're paying more than $7 for an ice cream bar so it should blow you away. What a lovely hidden gem! I was driving back to the office when I saw the popsicle sign, and oh man do I love popsicles! I was the only customer there but it was like 1:30pm during the work day additionally I think they just opened. They had a nice selection of popsicles to pick from I ordered the pecan. You can then have your pops dipped and topped. The customer service was great and had quick service. Can't wait to try the other popsicle flavors! read more

Since I found out about this shop through a local Facebook groups, my family and I decide to support a local business that we all would enjoy and after that one experience, we were hooked! There is nothing better than having a nice cool treat in a hot summer day. PopsiBar has a wide variation of flavors, from the classic strawberry, tasty Key Lime Pie, to exotic mango. After you choose your flavor, having it dipped in chocolate and sprinkles add the perfect touch. Think about it as a ice cream shop but with popsicles! The owner is always very informative and you can see the passion he has for creating many flavors an suggesting his newest fave flavors. The shop is a bit small but with a couple seating tables, similar to what you would expect to an ice cream shop, he also has cool paintings in the wall that are available to purchase for all customers. What a fun place! Looking for a quick, sweet, cold treat? Stop by Popsibar. There are lots of flavors of popsicles to choose from. Then you can have I dipped in white, milk, or dark chocolate and covered in sprinkled with coconut, pistachios, cookie crumbs and more. The service was great! In fact an extra popsicle was made and the owner offered it to us for free. So nice! The store is small, but locally owned. So go support small businesses and have a sweet treat. I went to the PopsiBar for a fundraiser for my daughter's school and they did not disappoint. We were helped by a very friendly gentleman who gave us a tour of all our options. I ordered a strawberry cream popsicle dipped in white chocolate (Yum!!) with crushed walnuts on top. Absolutely delicious! Me and my bf have driven past this place for a while now it we finally decided to stop in and give it a try. The service was great and fast. We even go to meet the owner and he was very nice. The business has been open a few months but had trouble finding its footing - enter one police officer who posted about the business on the local police and crime Fb page, and the positive review went viral. The place has a line out the door now - and with good reason! The ambience is quiet unless it's busy, then it's a little louder. Freshly made popsicles in flavours like pistachio, buttered pecan, dulce de leche, strawberry, kiwi, coconut, lime, Oreo, horchata, and more, dipped in your choice of milk, dark, or while chocolate, and sprinkled with nuts or candy. Frozen solid, it takes 5-7 minutes for it to really start to melt so you've got time to eat without making a mess. First off, the man who runs this is extremely nice. However, everything else about this place is 'low effort.' There is always limited stock, with few flavor choices which doesn't make sense when spoilage isn't a major concern. The product is also too icy which suggests they aren't freezing it correctly. Lastly, decore/ambiance for what is an indulgence is quite depressing. Would love to support and see this place thrive, but after 3 visits its quality and ambiance just isn't worth it, when it is priced like they spent $50k to make it nice inside and have a full assortment of flavors. Alternatives in the area that are preferred include Sweet Greek, Bruster's, Creamistry, and Handel's. read more

If you have not tried this popsicle place, it is a must! My family loves this place! What I love is that they not only have citrus based popsicles, but milk based as well, such as pistachio (my favorite), coconut, dolce de leche, and many more! They have amazing toppings and the chocolate they use to dip the popsicle in is yummy! They are worth the $5! Larger than the average popsicle also! Go try one! He needs business to stay open! Yum! Perfect for relief from the Houston Texas heat! I'm impressed with the new ice pop options in the neighborhood. Pick a flavored ice pop, select a flavored dip coating and then have it embellished with a selection of toppings ie. sprinkles, nuts, candies etc. the dip hardens and Voilà you have a cool summer treat on a stick.
