After confirming with the installer whom…read moreI believe is the owner, that this paper would work on this particular wall, I purchased a pricey Serena & Lilly grass paper and the owner came out and installed. The glue bled through the paper in several spots with the largest stain in the middle of the wall. The owner assured me that these stains would dissipate in a week or so. 1 month later, glue stain prevails in the middle of my kitchen wall. Owner assured me he would come back, take down the ruined paper, and reinstall new wallpaper. I contacted him again in June and he gave me a September 8th appointment date. At this point, the paper is peeling directly up the center seam, leaving me with a stained, peeling accent wallpaper, in the middle of my kitchen. After waiting all summer, 9/8 came and went, and no one came out. I have since reached out several times to the owner, with no response. Between the cost of the wallpaper and his charge for labor, I am close to $1,000 in out-of-pocket expenditures, for which I am left with a botched wall of stained and peeling wallpaper. Really disgusted, disappointed and angry.

I recently hired Diamond Restoration Service (DRS) to resurface my kitchen countertops. After…read moreresearching several vendors I chose them because they apply two coats of sealant whereas most others only applied one. I did this because I use my kitchen often and wanted the extra protection so I hired them. Two employees arrived, Edwin (Managing Director) and another and quickly got to work. They explained what they were going to do in detail. They sealed off the kitchen area to prevent dust in the rest of the apartment. After several hours they completed the job. Initially everything looked fine, but upon inspection I noticed a couple of areas that needed touch up. Since they hadn't left the building yet (they were in the elevator) I asked them to come up and touch it up which they did. However two days later is when issues started to arise. I noticed in several places that water spots and rings were clearly visibly. I reached out via email to see what can be done. After several exchanges it was suggested I used bleach or vinegar on the tops, which I did not. They also claimed that to resolve the situation would be an additional cost. It's a shame that all that cost and time and I ended up with rings and spots in the countertops. Since the team wouldn't even come back and inspect the damage to see what remediation could be done I cannot recommend them for this service.
