Beaux and Razvan were very quick to explain the process, helping me to understand the expected costs and even gave me some suggestions (like an updated sink) that makes the countertops (and my kitchen) look more contemporary. Given the area of the slab that I wanted as the island, they were able to find an arrangement of the remaining slab that PERFECTLY continued the granite grain into the back corner (see picture 3/4). Stunned how well they did on that piece. The installation team arrived on time, explained the process, was super friendly, and finished in only two hours - from granite removal, granite installation, attaching and bonding the sink, and preparing the sink area for the plumbing. And they cleaned up almost everything after they were done. Very professional. Oh, and you might see that the caulking against the wall looks imperfect, but I asked the guys not to worry about making it perfect as I'm tiling once the bonding has cured and would have been a waste of time; I'm sure they'd have made it perfect otherwise. I cannot say how much they exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much guys! Now you have me shopping for a new DW and range to live up to these beautiful new countertops. ;-)

The issue started when, trying to sell my house, I ordered two marble vanities from Marni. I didn't want anything complicated; just white marble installed so I could get my house on the market. From the initial order of white marble to the dingy grey slabs that showed up at my house, the entire exercise was extremely stressful, frustrating and has left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. From my unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the totally disinterested salesperson, who was never available when I called nor could ever seem to muster the interest to call me back, the process devolved into an incredibly expensive mess, made all the more offensive by management's self-serving excuses and refusal to make things right. To make things worse, management contacted me after I originally wrote this review, claiming they really wanted to make things right. After they gave me the run around for another two weeks, it became clear that what they wanted to do was sell me yet more stone and they acted like they would do me some huge favor by offering me a discount on new stone while refusing to give me the same discount on the order they messed up. If you'd like to deal with people who will frustrate and raise your stress to "stroke level", then by all means, use this company. Under no circumstance, would I ever go back or attempt to deal with those people again. There are plenty of wonderful stone companies in Atlanta that will still treat you like a valued customer. Something Marmi is no longer capable of. I'd recommend you go anywhere but here.

After talking to him about my project and showing him pictures of what vibe I was going for, he helped me pick out the floor tile (as seen in the picture) and it was PERFECT. I didn't even know it existed before he pointed it out! Arthur was so kind and patient, & really understood the design I was going for. He gave me his direct contact info in case I needed anything else, and so thoughtfully called to check on me and see if I needed anything else. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Floor & Decor. I recently spent thousands of…read moredollars installing their "waterproof" LVP flooring throughout my entire home -- nearly 2,000 sq. ft., including the kitchen and bathrooms, exactly as their team recommended. Despite being assured the product was truly waterproof and appropriate for these areas, the flooring buckled, bubbled, and began trapping moisture shortly after installation. I had my insurance company inspect the issue, and they confirmed there were no leaks in my home. Their moisture reader showed that the flooring itself was holding water, and when it was removed, there was mold underneath -- a serious health hazard. Because mold is dangerous to breathe, the flooring had to be removed immediately. Yet when I contacted Floor & Decor for support under their lifetime residential warranty, I was told the warranty was voided simply because the flooring was removed -- even though removal was required for health and safety reasons. To make matters worse, the representative handling my case (Matt) was dismissive, repeatedly cut me off, and refused to allow me to submit photos, proof of installation, insurance reports, or documentation. I was not offered any investigation, partial refund, or even the courtesy of reviewing my case. I trusted Floor & Decor, invested heavily in their product, followed installation guidelines, and now I am left with ruined floors, mold exposure, and no accountability from the company. This experience has been devastating, and I would encourage anyone considering their "waterproof" LVP to proceed with caution and thoroughly research their warranty limitations. I sincerely hope Floor & Decor reconsiders their customer service approach and honors the warranties they promote.

They managed to make the floor level with tiles at several locations without using junction and the results at the time of finish looked great! The reason I am only giving 2 stars is due to the experience afterwards. Davit promised us to come back to fix any bulging or squeaky spots, but he has never done that. We have several spots making squeaky noise when stepping on it. Not only does it sound annoying, but also wakes up the baby (which takes significant effort to make him sleep again...). We called Davit and left messages several times, but he never responded. Not sure if he is avoiding responding intentionally, or it's just some miscommunication here. Hope to hear from them soon!
