Parts department never has someone at the desk, I have to call while I'm already there just to get someone to come up so I can pick up parts

One of the many reasons why I keep coming back to get my S3 8Y service. Brian and his staff are exactly what I expected. TOP NOTCH service. I would not recommend any other Audi dealer the Audi of North Orlando.

Just had my 2022 Q5 10,000 mile service completed and Jake (Jacob) was my service advisor. The facility and staff/employees were all awesome and full of respect and knowledge. I would recommend that if you live in or out of the area, the drive is well worth it.

Very disappointed with the service provided by Audi dealer. Both me and my family has been a big fan of Audi owning 3 a7's, q8, rs5, etc. Do not purchase your car from this location unless you don't care about customer service. They will ignore and neglect your issues after you take delivery with your vehicle. I actually HAD a rs6 on order but decided to cancel it and take my business elsewhere after what happened to one of my family members. Very simple issue with the sensors that they can run through manufacturer warranty to get it resolved but they refused to. Despite him providing multiple proof of the sensors not working since day one of taking delivery they blamed him for breaking the sensors. Even saying he has to pay 2k to get it replaced. By the way you will never get updates from the service advisor as well unless you keep calling them yourself. To make matters worse, his service advisor further insulted him by saying "you can go through insurance." Is he stating that he can't afford it? Really? I am also switching out my 2023 Audi rs5 as well. Such a disappointment coming from a long time loyal Audi fan. Ruined because of unprofessionalism coming from the service department. Nice car's but horrible service don't know what else to say. In response to Audi's reply. The sensors are clearly broken since 11/28 and we took delivery at 12/07 (when the documents are signed). Despite showing proof to the service advisor he didn't care and said that we damaged the sensors. Basically, they will lie to you saying it's not a big issue and it's fixable. But bring time to fix it, after they find out they don't know how to fix it, they will blame issue on the customer and make you pay.

From the very beginning, Simon went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Simon was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful while walking me through my options and working through the numbers on both vehicles. He never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he listened carefully, respected the boundaries I set for my purchase, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. He even told me he could see how passionate I am about the Volkswagen brand, and he shared some of his own experiences with me. Those conversations made the entire process feel much more personal and enjoyable rather than like a typical car-buying experience. Ultimately, I decided to stick with my original interest and pursue the 2026 GTI--and I couldn't be happier with how the entire transaction went. It was truly a flawless experience from beginning to end. I also want to give credit to the entire team. The sales staff, management, and even the detail service gentleman were all friendly, kind, and informative. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and respected. If you're looking for a Volkswagen or even just want honest information while exploring your options, I highly recommend Napleton Volkswagen of Sanford. If you're a serious buyer, you will be in great hands--especially with Simon. Thank you for making such an exciting purchase even better!

Though we felt we were being rushed, didn't want to miss out on another Atlas. After a few hours of negotiating, and one of the GM's coming in to make the deal somewhat in our favor, we purchased the car. With that, we were given a Carfax showing maintenance being done several times at this dealer. So it wasn't neglected for the most part. I've done most maintenance requirements on all my vehicles with no issues, especially as simple as an oil/filter change. And being this vehicle is out of warranty and no oil change plan, I would do the work myself. Upon taking the lower engine shield off, I saw oil on it, along with oil all around the drain plug and oil pan. Well I went ahead and began to drain the oil, noticing how difficult it was getting the drain plug off, and I had a feeling it was cross threaded of some sort. Upon full removal, it's obvious the last tech over tightened the drain plug, causing a lot of the threads to break loose and come off, resulting in oil leaking. These cars (Atlas) come with an aluminum oil pan, a soft metal, and easy to strip if not careful. The drain plug for the oil filter cover is also stripped, but the overall cover is easily removable thankfully. I've reached out to this dealer, the service dept has not reached back out, nor has their GM. The vehicle was serviced there in May, put on the lot for sale, which we bought in late May. It's unfortunate that the tech who did the work was negligent, causing damage that now needs repaired. I'm attempting a temp fix as I will have to order a new oil pan to fix the leak properly. Metal shavings are circled in red in the photos, those are the threads from the oil pan that were stripped off by the dealer's service dept.

The down payment wasn't too much ($1200) and my monthly payments are very affordable. To top it off, the car will be paid off in just 2 years. No hassle. No pressure. Straight forward. Easy. Usually the paperwork takes a long time at a dealers, but here it was super fast. Sat down, gave license, added car to insurance and provided proof then signed and out the door with the keys. It was seriously less than an hour! They know what they are doing and get it done fast. I drove old car home and they even followed with the new one so no second trips. Definitely did not have to do that and it was greatly appreciated. They offer many different financing options. I chose their in house financing. No issues or problems with any of that. Definitely the best buy here, pay here place I've went too and there was a few while car shopping. Kenner is AMAZING! You'll want to work with him! I would recommend them to anyone and if I'm ever looking for another car, they will be the first place I go to!

Biggest con artists I've ever come across. Lengthy review so bare with me…read more We bought a truck from this location which seemed okay until further inspection. They did so many cover up jobs to hide issues instead of addressing them and charged a price on the vehicle like it was in immaculate condition. For starters, the entire truck was covered in rust but painted over. They even went as far as to tape areas with major holes, then painted over it. After a month all the rust began showing on the body and we had to replace a majority of the undercarriage due to the rust, fix oil leak, AC leak, bad sensors, 4x4 broken, emergency brake broken, the list goes on. The exhaust was literally being held up by straps. Also found out today that if you finance through them, they charge all of the interest up front in your monthly payments and never mention that to you or have it written in your contract. Went to pay off the vehicle to find out the total price of the truck is still due, but my interest that's supposed to occur over the new several years is paid off instead. I asked specifically to the gentleman helping me sign the contract if we could pay it off early without penalty and technically he wasn't lying, but surely hid that fun bit from us. The mechanics offered to fix some minor issues like the sensors but their idea of fixing it was pulling old ones from their trash vehicles in piles outside. We waited for the mechanic to fix an issue on the spot and he had to google a video to know what he was doing and continued to tell us he was an untrained "self learner". After several complaints we were hit with "it's sold as is, sorry". They also don't have any sort of auto payment in place. You have to call them every single month to make a payment.. they keep record of your cards and your payments but require you to call to say "yeah use the same card and make the same payment". Absolutely horrible experience. First time buying a used vehicle and learned our lesson, a lesson that continues to haunt us. Save yourself the money and vehicle troubles and shop elsewhere.

I was given a quote and told the appointment would take between one and two hours. When I arrived on Monday morning and went into the service advisor area nobody acknowledged me. Several employees were working on their computers, but no one looked up. After a few moments, a male employee asked if someone could please take care of me. One female employee said, "Not me, I already have 3." It was awkward and uncomfortable. Finally, someone assisted me. He told me that my advisor, Barry, was helping someone else but he could check me in. I specifically told this person that I only wanted the rear brake pads replaced. I told him that there are several lights in the car on, but I didn't want any diagnostics done and that I just needed the brake pads replaced so I could get on my way. I told him I would be waiting nearby at a coffee place. At 10:06am, I received a text with a bunch of inspection pictures of everything but the brakes. I responded to the text stating that I didn't want the car inspected, I just wanted the rear brake pads replaced. I received more videos at 10:30am of oil, filters, etc but again no brakes. I again stated that I have to get to work and I am only interested in brakes. At 10:45 Barry responded that will inspect the brakes soon. I again, told Barry that I need to get to work. At this point my car had been in the shop being inspected for over an hour when all I wanted was my brake pads replaced. Finally at 11:38am over 2 hours after bringing my car in to have the brake pads replaced, I was told my car needs rear brake pads. At this point, I was outraged and got my car and left. I took 1/2 day off from work and wasted gas driving to Sanford for Autonation to tell me that I needed rear brake pads when I called them to make an appointment to have them done. Never again!

He was genuinely inquiring, there was no rudeness in his tone, but he was met with rude. I called back for a little more clarification. I was met with rude as well. We came back later that evening in person and spoke with another blonde, older woman advisor. As I asked, genuine questions, I was met with snark and attitude. While trying to figure out what we were going to do with the vehicle, we ended up speaking with Javier on the sales floor. He was Very nice and we had set up an appointment to meet with him today. However, when speaking with him the next day and asking about a trade-in value, he showed the service sheet that showed almost $7000 more in repair than what I was handed the day before. I was very curious as to why I was handed a service cost sheet the day before, but yet they were not completely done with it. Nobody told us that it was not done and not ready to go. I was told the $7000 and change what I would owe and then it suddenly went up to over 13,000. I understand that the issue with my Subaru was a very large issue and would take a lot of work. However, I do not feel that they were transparent at all, and at the end of the day Kendall never followed up with me again. Yes, I received a video from the Service man Ricky, but Kendall never asked me when I went to pay if I did receive the video she just marked it off on the little sticker they put on there. When I went to pay for the diagnostic, she was very cold and there was no level of customer service. Due to this interaction, I am not returning here to buy a vehicle and wouldn't suggest anyone does. I cannot fathom purchasing a brand new vehicle and then coming back here and being worried that I'm going to be met with attitude from the Service advisors every time that I come in
