We walked in genuinely interested in seeing a CX‑70 or CX‑90 and ready to make a serious purchase. When we arrived, the only person who acknowledged us was the receptionist. We walked the showroom, went outside, sat in several cars, and even spent time looking at a CX‑90 inside -- and not a single salesperson approached us. No greeting, no "Can I help you?", nothing. What made it even stranger was that several employees looked directly at us as we walked by, but still didn't say a word. Most of them were gathered around the receptionist desk, talking among themselves while we were clearly browsing without assistance. As we were leaving, I said "Thanks for all your help" (yes, sarcastically), and someone actually replied "You're welcome," which honestly made the whole interaction even more awkward. Needless to say, we won't be buying a car here. When you're dealing with a stressful situation like a blown engine and you're ready to purchase, basic customer service shouldn't be too much to ask.

When it was getting detailed someone ran into it and then they told me I had to pay for that dent and I'm like what. Anyway I still bought the car and it was a very good car. I now have a Nissan rogue and I've been bringing it in there to get serviced. So far everything has been excellent no issues. Friendly staff. Super clean. And they even wash my car after each repair. Most of the repairs were recalls and I got an oil change. I do like the lobby They have free popcorn coffee you can sit in there and watch TV. Some guy even had their his dog in there the other day. I'm just glad they're bright up the road from my house I don't like to drive all the way to Orlando for anything.

BE AWARE OF A PLACE THAT GOES BY; several names including : Recycling, Orlando Auto Parts and Recycling. CLass 7 Auto, and many others. THe scammers go by the names of Ashley, Rodrigo, Edwardo, and George. I called around for prices and hearts was NOT the best; but they kept calling. Saying they could do a better price. SPoke with George who knew paperwork was in another state, knew condition of car, knew the time frame we needed to work in. He offered me MORE money than my highest offer I had gotten. Day for pick up came, Even after 6 phone calls, being ASSURED they would be there, my son sat 2 HOURS and they never showed. I spoke to George all the way up until 10 mins to 5. Then went to VM. NExt Day George conveniently wasn't there!!! That day spoke with Rodrigo as well as Ashley, 5 times.
