On 2018 had to repair the bumper in my car. I was new in the area and didn't know a decent and honest body shop to fix it. I searched the internet and asked friends, family and car dealers and they all recommended me Ultra color. They handled all paperwork with insurance and fixed my car really good and happy with the time they took to fix it and quality of work. They are the best in town and are here to stay for long time unlike many horrible low quality shops. I have been recommending them to family and friends. Absolutely amazing experience! I took my BMW 650i in that I had purchased with a damaged quarter panel. I did not know how bad it really was until I took it to these hardworking professionals! It turns out that there was some rust going on but they were so communicative and kept me posted on everything! I was worried because my car is my baby but Pat's constant communication put me at ease. I know Jeff Shepherd has been in business for many, many years and he's an NC local. I had to have an honest, reputable body shop to do the work on my baby! This is it! I got her back within a very reasonable time frame considering the nightmare it had turned into. Now, I can't stop looking back when I walk away from parking her. The car looks better than the day I bought her. My husband was even surprised at the quality of the work because he had originally wanted me to take it to one of two other shops where he knew folks. But I do what I want and I wanted Ultra Color to do this job right! They also washed and detailed inside for me which was an extra special touch because she needed a good vacuum when I brought her in. Now it's just me and the open road!
