He made sure everything was suited to my dive needs and came in time for my trip (despite general supply chain issues). It's been a while since my last dive, so I didn't want to waste my precious time in Belize on a refresher course. Randy instructed me through one of the most thorough refresher courses I've had in the pool the week before my trip. It was great as I was able to dive on day 1 in Belize without needing to take a refresher there. More importantly, it was a great review of all of the key skills and got me aquatinted with my new equipment. Just got back from the week of diving and it was awesome! Having a physician involved in the instruction brought a level of real-world knowledge that you don't often see in dive training. I've also purchased gear through the shop, including a new BCD for an upcoming trip. They took the time to make sure it fit correctly and that I was comfortable using it before I left. There was never any pressure--just good advice and honest recommendations. The service department has been great as well. Tank fills are quick, and whenever I've had questions about equipment, someone has always been willing to help.
