The gift we got was for Aunt Carol's closet, which is a 45min room and technically meant for kids, but don't be fooled, it's tough! 2 adults and we had 10 minutes to spare after solving. We had only done 1 escape room before, so o was glad we started with something shorter, and on the easier side. Now that we've really done it, I feel more confident going to do another one! The space is really nice and they even have cool shirts you can by if you want to rep the business. Sutton helped get us set up with our room, and he was so helpful and friendly! Made us feel really ready and was very knowledgeable about what was going on. He recommended trying The Penthouse room next time, so we are definitely looking into that one! The room that we did (Principal's Office) wasn't correctly set up. We ended up solving a 60 minute room in under 30... But only because key puzzles were solved purely on accident. Random magnets popped doors open prematurely, and cards weren't erased properly after previous users ( you could still see the writing from the last team). We could have overlooked some of this as flukes... But Amber, the "gamemaster" was patronizing and unhelpful. She wouldn't even take the time to explain how the puzzles should have worked. Instead, she claimed she had to get the room set up for the next group, and didn't have time to explain things to us... With 30 minutes still left on the clock! When you're spending the kind of money you are on an experience like this, the least one should expect is courteous, helpful staff, and a game room that works Save your time and your money. Go someplace else. (Only giving the place one star because I can't post anything otherwise).

You can ask for assistance 3 times with no penalty, but each additional question costs you 1min of time off the clock. We did the Sherlock Holmes room and it was very challenging! $20 per person was a little pricey, so not something I would do every weekend, but definitely recommend
