Couldn't recommend a better place to have your first skydiving experience! Mike and Spencer were awesome--super funny and friendly! Mike was especially patient in explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. I was grateful to have him as my tandem instructor because he made the experience the best it could be. It was so fun, my friend and I already want to plan our next jumps. With all the emphasis on the possibility of death during the waiver video and training, it can make you panic a bit, but once you actually begin your pre-flight process, it makes you feel a lot more at ease. The instructors all have years of experience and make the process go pretty smoothly. We came here with a Groupon, which definitely helped with making the experience a bit more affordable. Don't miss out on getting a video, it might be a bit pricy, but it's well worth it. Our videos got sent to us just a few hours after our jump. TIP: Be prepared to tip your instructor as well. read more

What a joke!!! 9am spot was pushed 3 times!! Instead of pushing everyone back they just put my husband at the end of the line. Drove 1.5 hrs to wait for 3 hrs!! Tried to charge a $25 service fee due to my Groupon code "not working" when I made the reservation so they had to manually enter it. They charged $30 due to my husband being 5 lbs over 200 so who knows if they charge more for heavier people. The $59 "gear rental" is for a harness, that's it. No helmet or wind suit! Will not recommend to anyone! read more

What an incredible experience and my instructor Miguel Angel Ortiz was awesome. Just finished the dive and I am speechless! There were some delays due to cloud coverage but it gave me peace of mind they had our best interest and safety in mind. Save your time and money and go to another company for your jump. I purchased a Groupon coupon (they are still offering it) last year and scheduled my jump this year just before it expired. When the dates are scheduled, the Employee have you to provide the Groupon voucher number to her over the phone (very shady) so it appears as if service has been rendered. The first date I scheduled, I received a call and text message advising the jump is cancelled due to the Instructor having a pinched nerve and I must reschedule. I attempted to reschedule for the following week but was told it was booked. I rescheduled for the week after and on this call the below. Employee: oh we are rescheduling due to weather Me: no I was told the Instructor has a pinched nerve Employee: yes at the one in your area, we have locations all over the country and we are rescheduling them due to weather. A few days before the jump I received a text informing the jump is cancelled due to Instructor availability. I called to reschedule the date and was advised they wouldn't be able to schedule the date until after April because they only have one Instructor and he isn't available. At this point, I decided to schedule my jump with a different company (review posted) and request a refund. I was told it would be 3-5 business days to get a refund from my picture/video and I'm working with Groupon on a refund from them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! read more

Awful. Just awful. Originally had to reschedule due to being sick. After providing our COVID test and only then they rescheduled us for the following week. Which the morning of they cancelled due to weather which was bs I know I've jumped many times. It was my wife's going away present with our sister before she left for basic in the us army. So I naturally rescheduled again & only had 2 openings for my wife and I. Once again cancelled due to "extremely dangerous weather" (still have the voicemail he really tried to sell that one) which was some more massive bs I was outside in the sun and clear skies with winds at about 8mph. I drove to the shady place and of course no one was there. I then called a near by place skydive 35 & told them about their nefarious lazy team we were dealing with & they were so welcoming and had been jumping all morning because wouldn't you know. The weather was perfect. Far from extremely dangerous smh. Drove to skydive 35 & got in the plane within an hour of being there. This place sucks. They are lazy they are shady. They'll bs you and most likely take jumps when it's convenient for them. Stay far away from these people read more

I made a reservation a week in advanced for a 9am skydive. I received a email at 6 stating that our reservation had been canceled because of pilot availability. I am not happy at the fact they waiting until the day of to let us know when we already made plans around this sky diving experience. I decided to just get a refund instead of rescheduling because how am I supposed to know this won't happen again. read more

We had the best experience today. My husband was scheduled for his first jump, right after we got there we were told that we may have to reschedule due to the wind being a little sketchy. Booked on a Tuesday evening and really wanted to jump Friday but they only had openings on Thursday. I was told to watch the website for cancellations so that I could get the jump on Friday vs Thursday. Just called to make the change as spots opened up. Unfriendly female on the line told me she would move our jump but it would cost $75 per person. Apparently this is the small print that I should have read. Seriously?!?!? You could easily make a customer happy by moving our date but instead try to cash in on our circumstance. I should have paid attention to the other reviews about poor customer service and booked at a place that cares more about customer service than taking advantage of us. Wish us luck!!! read more

I can't say enough nice things about this place! Rudy did an amazing job making you feel so safe and secured while going up in the plane. Very educated on the jump and made the experience all around incredible. They are working with a new payment system which was complicating things on their end but never made it affect you! Felt very comfortable and safe with this company! Rudy was very thorough in explaining everything and made you feel very calm through the whole process. I do think it's a bit silly you have to pay a $9 reservation fee but luckily we were able to jump when we were scheduled. Also, I think it is important to note that only one person goes up at a time!! read more
