On our way back to VA, we came across the Porter Airport Lounge. How cool! They offer complimentary hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks. You can help yourself to as much as you want. The lounge is neat and organized. There are some tables beside the lounge as well. Staff is friendly and keeps everything well stocked. I will definitely be flying with Porter Airlines again!

We are Americans from the D.C. Area and loved flying porter airlines! The plane was super tiny but we survived with little turbulence. The porter lounge at billy bishop was comfy and clean with coffee and snacks. In flight snacks included a choice of terra chips, almonds or cookies. My husband really enjoyed drinking his beverage from a real glass. Great flight experience!

The Porter lounge is always enjoyable, with complimentary coffee/tea/pop and snacks and comfortable chairs, also is shared between both Porter and AC Express passengers. Staff is quick to refill snacks and clean tables. The latte tasted okay. The shortbread choc chip cookies are my favourite. However expect minimal available seats during delays as this is where everyone waiting for departure stays.

First time flying with Porter, and the experience is pretty amazing if you've flown bigger airports. This one is smaller, and makes each passenger feel like VIP. The security was a breeze, no long lines, we got here so early that we were waiting for the staff to arrive! Too used to flying out of Pearson! The lounge here is awesome, complementary snacks, Starbucks coffee, tazo tea, espresso machine, pop, water, cookies. The lounge looks very modern with nice lighting. Definitely flying Porter again when I get the chance to fly short haul.

I love porter airport. It's like an asian's paradise with the complimentary treats they leave out for ya. You can cappuccino and lattes plus water and soda. Did I mention it was all free and all you can drink? They got free WiFi if you need to get stuff done and it's less hectic than pearson. A must fly if ur nearby

The original and much acclaimed Porter Lounge. Their stylish, contemporary and comfortable concept to short-haul flying is exemplary. The lounge is open to ALL passengers holding a ticket - there is no annual fee or other sneaky membership requirements. There are lots of computer workstations equipped with Apple iMacs for general use, and an abundance of leather easy chairs to sit and relax. Wireless internet access throughout the lounge is free, if you brought your laptop or smart phone. Thirsty? Hungry? The Porter Lounge has that covered too! Help yourself to the free amenities including: latte, espresso, coffee, tea, soft drinks, juices, bottled water and Blue Diamond Almonds, as well as premium shortbread/chocolate chunk cookies. Always paying attention to detail, Porter offers porcelain cups and silverware instead of styrofoam and plastic. Small details matter. The amenities were constantly restocked by Porter staff. Just remember to save your appetite for your flight, because the snacks, wine AND beer are free up in the sky.

Porter all the way! When are they going to fly to other destinations? Took me 30 mins to check in and go through security. Thank you, no really thank you

Located across downtown Toronto. This airport has a free shuttle bus that picks people up on front street. During summer can choose to option to take the ferry across. It's a bit longer then the tunnel but can be a fun experience for the kids. Small check in area as not a lot of traffic but there are hourly flights to Montreal. I love there complementary snack section. They have Starbucks coffee, tea, cookies, pretzels, water, coke, ice tea all free of charge.

Going in was pretty easy, and there was a nice view of Toronto from both the turboprop on the way in and on the way out. Apparently, you had to previously use a ferry to get to the airport as it's an island, but now they've thankfully added an underground passage. Going back was a little bit more challenging. We arrived for our early flight, and it was a bit confusing to figure out where the passage was, as there weren't many signs. Eventually, we found our way to the departure area, which was split between domestic and US flights, and there was a long line of people waiting. There was a flight pretty soon at 6:45 A.M., and apparently the workers don't get in until 6:00, so there was a bit of confusion, with some people allowed to skip the line so they wouldn't miss their flights. This eventually led to a bottleneck where people in front of us had to wait while others way behind us didn't have as big a line at the security checkpoint to check in. All early morning shenanigans aside, the staff was pretty nice. At least on the USA side, they have a breakfast place, a small place to get a drink or food, presumably, and a little mini-mart. The flight (on Air Canada) was fine otherwise. For a small airport, it's not half bad at all.

Most Aspire Lounges I've been to have been pretty bare minimum, with just light bites and a couple beverages here and there. This one had a gorgeous full bar with an attentive bartender, fresh bagels of every flavor, yummy pastries and cookies, cereal and milk, and a variety of foods to choose from. I believe since the pandemic is pretty much over, they have opened it to an open bar format, which is easier for passengers and staff. I also really liked the to-go option by the front. It is for passengers that do not have time to sit down and enjoy its amenities, but to grab and go. It is by the host stand and is a refrigerated area with sandwiches, wraps and bowls. also had a pastry and fruit section. The lounge and seating areas were kept neat and clean. they also had magazines and a pack of marble dominos in the area I was sitting at. Someone came by the clean every 10-15 minutes. The staff were welcoming and when they had went to verify my passport, they asked if they could put it by my bag while I was busy at the buffet. Very courteous and thoughtful.
