This lounge has downgraded so much over the years! You could actually get a decent meal and the lounge would always be super spacious and empty just a few years back. Not sure if it's because they are offering the access privilege to more people now? But the past three times we visited, there were barely any seats. In addition, we were welcomed by clumpy microwaved "hot" food, half unfrozen veggies, nearly emptied soup bowls. I used to rush my husband out of Maple Leaf lounge for Plaza Premium's spreads.. long gone are those days.

This review is for the Domestic Lounge at T1 on your right after you cleared Security Checkpoint. The entrance is so small, and I missed it and ended up going downstairs trying to look for it. The lounge itself is the smallest out of all the Plaza Premium Lounge in YYZ. The food area is small but the staff works non stop to make sure everything is stocked and the area clean. Compares to AC Maple Leaf Lounge, the hot food selection is way better but I just found the seating here is too tight. Free admission with certain AMEX membership card or Priority Pass. Or you can pay per entry.

A petit lounge with a nice view. Drink: fresh coffee, TAZO tea (Chai, Zen, Earl Gray), milk, soy milk, flesh tomato juice, some kinds of beer( Coors, Molson Dry, Canadian, Heineken,...) and soda(Schweppes) and wine(Red and white)... Food: chicken curry soup(You need to put some salt.), potato salad(pretty good), vegetable sticks(carrot and celery), lettuce and cucumber salad, olives, cut fruits(pineapple, melon, and cantaloup), chips, peanut, yogurt, petite cake, Chinese or Korean coup noodles... I stayed there only 5 minutes this time not to miss my flight like last time. So I'm sorry that I don't have much information.

Pretty decent lounge which is better than most Airline lounges in North America. And a bonus is that all you need is an AMEX charge card to enter (Platinum gets in free, Gold gets in for a discount). The chairs are comfortable, food selection is good - hot and cold food (even fruit) and there's drinks. Wifi uses the terminal wifi but the speeds are passable as long as you don't download anything big. Beer drinkers might be a little disappointed though. I couldn't find beer, but there was a good selection of spirits and soft drinks to mix up your own - vodka lemon iced tea FTW ;)

This review is for the lounge at terminal #3 for domestic departure. It is located between gate B23 and B24 For US$27, what does one get from this Plaza Premium Lounge? Quiet and relaxing environment, comfortable sofa, window views, free and fast internet connection, reading materials, clean bathroom that is not utilitarian, and all you can eat food and drink. I like the big windows and spacious seating the most. The alcohol selection is, in one word, unexciting: 2 red wines, 2 white wines, 1 domestic beer, 1 imported beer, a few liquors/spirits. I had a glass of red wine. It tasted like cheap table wine. Hot food was self served: 1 hot entrée with 2 or 3 sides. There were 2 hot soups. The hot entrée was thankfully normal food. Regardless of how little some thought of the hot food, it was better than the food in food courts outside of the lounge. Dessert selection was symbolic, meaning it was there just so the management could say there was dessert, yet it was merely one step above Jelly-O. I won't suggest you to pay that kind of money if all you want is some food, and one hour of internet usage. If you want a quiet environment and a comfortable sofa for a long wait, this fits the bill. I spent 3 hours in here, so I made the most out of it.

Decent and nice and quiet here today. They have hot food all day, and 20% off if you have air miles. That is full price $35 for 2 hours, and $31 after the discount and taxes. They have general airport wifi, no special fast wifi, but a few computers are available too. The food is kinda simple and cheesy, hot dog minis with mini buns today for lunch, but the soup is good and all drinks are here too. Nice for a layover. The girls cleaning here are really on top of things. Minus 1 star from 4 because of a gross messy wet chair beside me that they can't clean but put a sign on Good decent place.

One agent and 10 in line. Unexceptable, this location is great in Terminal 3 Toronto Pearson, but they need more than one agent at the desk or have an automated way to validate entry.

If you're looking for a calm oasis after the chaos of security, this lounge is your golden…read moreticket--spacious, organized, and serving food that'll make you forget you're in an airport. The moment we cleared security, it felt like we stumbled upon a traveller's haven. The lounge is right after security, which is a blessing when you just want to drop your bags and relax. The space is enormous, with ample seating, and it never felt cramped even with a steady flow of guests. Whether you're a solo traveller or wrangling a group, there's a spot for everyone. Now, let's talk food and drinks, because that's where this lounge truly soars. The menu was extensive (and yes, I regret not snapping photos for proof!), but every dish we tried was delicious. We kicked things off with a tomato basil soup that was so good it could make you forget about your flight delays. For mains, the lemon pepper fish, chicken in curry, rice, fresh greens, and assorted desserts hit the spot beautifully--comfort food done right. Drinks are a treat too: I enjoyed a Great Lakes beer, which is part of their complimentary selection, though if you want to indulge in the finer spirits, be prepared to pay a little extra. A small note for fellow travellers: wait times can stretch during rush hours. We had to scan a QR code to join the waitlist, but honestly, the reception staff run the place like a well-oiled machine. From managing the line to the smooth entry process, everything was systematic and stress-free--a rare sight in any airport. All in all, this lounge turned our layover into a mini vacation. Great food, an inviting atmosphere, and staff who know how to keep things moving make this spot worth every minute of the wait. As the saying goes, good things come to those who wait--and in this case, they come with curry, craft beer, and a comfy seat.

However, I see other people's photos and the interiors don't match either! I am currently flying international so I thought this was an international lounge. After I left the lounge, I discovered another Plaza Premium lounge near gate C31). So I asked the staff there. They said they were the official International lounge and I was in the Domestic lounge! So it appears Domestic and International departures have no security barrier between them, just the US departures have a secuirty barrier due to their advanced customs clearance at the Toronto airport. People using the lounge passes from credit cards are limited to 2 hours of use. You can pre-book your entry time if you wish for US$9/person. When you enter the lounge, you have to show your complimentary passes or purchase them. There is also a self-serve entry kiosk. The lounge looked clean. There are a few attendants picking up finished dishes and cleaning tables. We arrived at 07:00 with their breakfast service. There is plenty of options. There are 5 hot dishes (sausage, scrambled egg, potato wedges, baked beans, and egg burrito), oatmeal, salad (balsamic vinaigrette is available), cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, bakery items (bagel, bread, muffin), pop machine, and hot drinks machine. I like their milk hot chocolate. The latte was missing milk! The oatmeal is very watery and bland. There are 4 toppings but it didn't include brown sugar. The bar (for alcoholic beverages) opened before 08:00. All food and drinks are self-serve except for the alcohol. There are condiments. However, the condiment bottles/containers are with the food section, so i had to go back twice to put some pepper on my food; they don't have little pepper/salt packages. There are tables and counter seating for eating food, lounge chairs, etc. There is free WiFi. The lounge is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washroom and they are wheelchair accessible. Review 2026-112

Yea, this is the most BARE BONES lounge I've ever been in. Originally, my dad, bro and I had wanted to go to the upper level 3 Air Canada lounge but it was at capacity unfortunately, the wait to get in was long and we didn't want to stand and wait. So we went to the lower levels and arrived at this "express" lounge. Walking inside we noticed immediately that it was super small (idk if you can even call this a lounge tbh). There was one long bar with a minibar and fridge and 2 giant coffee machines. That's it. The only food provided was parfait and blueberry muffins. The blueberry muffin was really good but 'disappointed' is an understatement for how I felt about the food offering in this lounge (NO HOT FOOD AT ALL???!!!) I think Air Canada needs to do away with this scam "express" lounge and build a proper one to mimic the one on the 3rd level.

I don't drink but for those that do, they will definitely enjoy the time here. All food and drinks are included in the lounge access.

The staff clean the tables fairly infrequently so it was hard to tell which tables were in use and which hadn't been turned over yet. The food was decent- about the same quality as regular airport food and there were some vegan and vegetarian options of soup, build your own salad, and some hot plate foods. Of course there is a coffee machine and fridges full of canned Pepsi products, bubly sparkling water, and Schepps products.
