I arrived at 630p - it was easy to park (free) and the concert ticket was easy to snag - I spent…read more$35 for lawn seats - $10 chair rental for lawn chair (if you choose) or attendees may sit in the amphitheater/pavilion seats at the back/end most sections - these seats are with chair backs included with the $35 lawn seat purchase. Mini donuts were suggested and I found that vendor easily and enjoyed three flavors 1. plain, 2. apple cider and cinnamon and 3. French toast flavors! They were awesome. ($19 for 18 donuts in all - without tip) I purchase a mosh burger and it was delish - I paired it with a wild cherry flavored water and the burger came with fries - $36 for all this (without tip) Up next! Itzhak Perlman and The Cleveland Orchestra at The Blossom Music Festival. The temp is very nicely manageable - in the lower 80s and the music is phenomenal. The Concert started at 7p! The venue is clean and awesome - sitting within a national park! The setting is peaceful and relaxing and offers a nice cool breeze under the pavilion which sits at the bottom of a hillside in a little valley. Come join us next time! I will definitely come back!

I am really enjoying the Tangier and highly suggest to visit one of their shows. You can purchase a booth and share with other 3 people. The tangier has a separate restaurant and bar area. Although you can purchase a dinner during the show, I do suggest to eat earlier and come to the Tangier for drinks and show. Great place!

Happy Thanksgiving all. Our family decided to do the holiday meal out this year, so we went to…read moreTangier, in Akron, OH. From what my Grandma told me, Tangier used to be THE spot. Big names came here, from all around, to entertain the masses. I knew of it from my day at the university, so I was hoping for a unique, turkey day experience. We made a reservation and waited about 15 mins, not bad, and they were packed. We got seated at a nice table, near the bar. Outr server was nice, but she didn't give her mame. The dinner was buffet-style and was pretty chaotic. The food was really good, to be fair, but the restaurant was gross. The bathrooms were a smelly mess and the floors and walls were badly in need of repair. I am not sure if they've been doing this for awhile, but the place needs hosed down, before next year's offering.

Three years later, and I am still a big fan of Jenks! I love the creative styling and the vintage…read moreitems featured here. The main level has been redone as a coffee shop with ample seating areas, and it was full of customers on a Thursday afternoon working on laptops and meeting with friends. My green tea latte was delicious. The lower level is still a gallery space with a bold mix of artwork for sale. The high-quality Pendleton blankets have moved upstairs along with a vintage clothing room. They have a resident photographer and multiple event spaces available. Why run one small business when you put multiple offerings into one historic building?? I look forward to drinking a beer and listening to live music in the back when the weather warms up.

They have no ventilation or fans or windows in this ancient building so when the temperature was 89 outside, it was 101+ degrees in there! It was absolutely horrific and I'm not sure how the workers could stand it! Avoid coming here when temps are above 80 outside! Love their seasonal items up front and how items are arranged. Love the candles, the interesting scent oils and specially curated books they sell. Prices were rather high though and it's kind of a hodgepodge of things. There is an attached music venue and bar counter where you can buy hard and soft drinks. Bought a bottle of water and soda for $9! Soooo yeah...crazy prices for bottled drinks! The downstairs is an art gallery with local artists' work that you can buy and jewelry and stationery items! I think the shop is also attached on the side to a coffee shop so there are a few armchairs to sit, more books in that room and the only bathroom I noticed. Definitely a cute place to browse and pass time if you're waiting on something/someone!
