Isaiah is a true professional and incredibly skilled and passionate about his work. l am completely amazed at the quality of craftsmanship, especially considering he built the entire thing himself in 2 days! I appreciated that the prices are all posted transparently on their website and the 3-D designer feature was really helpful. Prices are totally fair and you can add extra features like windows and shutters, planter boxes, ramp, etc. We opted to include the work bench and storage loft and I am so glad we did. It is going to make storing our camping gear and repotting plants so convenient. Communication and scheduling was super easy and they are very quick to reply and answer any questions. It took a few weeks to schedule the installation because of a lead time on the metal roof we selected. Once the day came, however, the team showed up on time and had the whole thing done in ~4 hours! A great salesperson makes one feel confidence in the outcome as well as enjoyment during the purchasing process, and that's Sumi Douglass. As great as the experience was with tire-kicking, choosing, and buying, I have to give some positives to their installation folks. They did everything they were supposed to do, and they did it in difficult circumstances (such as taking the old tub out and putting the new tub in during a long trip around the house, going uphill part way). Friendly. Communicative. Efficient. Our spa servicing guy had recommended West Coast, and he was one hundred percent right on. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive; he told us that these were the people he'd be buying from if he were in the market. What West Coast is: the best value for your money.
