drunken noodles with chicken
Lea F.

I don't know about much in East Hampton, but this has got to be one of their gems! We started off with water and tea, I love having tea before my meal. I got the drunken noodles and they were just what I was craving with the perfect amount of spice. For an appetizer I got the "dumplings on crack" and I'm still thinking about them, a must try!!! Service was good. Very cute and cozy ambiance. Loved sitting by the window.

I've been visiting since 2013. This is THE most phenomenal Chinese/American restaurant probably in the whole Tristate area. Po's heritage Hong Kong sauces and perfectly seasoned meats and fish will floor you. Inside the space is cozy and warm. In recent years Po opened outside space which gives the place a very countryside vibe. Overall the establishment is very clean. The space and the service are always in great condition. The service is super nice and very professional. Ask for Morgan's Butter Cake... it is an addictive edible version of happiness. This restaurant is so much more than an Asian American restaurant. Top destination when in Middlesex County.

Crab Rangoon and dumpling special

I've been coming here since they opened and love it even more as the years have passed. The food is delicious, owner very kind. They frequently change their specials, and the menu classics are strong. They have the best crab Rangoon I've ever had. The popcorn and tea given to everyone is a sweet beginning to a full meal. Nice environment with a lowkey ambiance.

Friendly staff no matter how busy they are. Fresh, delicious cuisine. Cute venue too.

I went to Colchester for work one day last week and this place was recommended to me. East Hampton was a short drive away so I checked it out. What a charming little old town! It was especially adorable all decorated for the holidays. Po's is located in a historic two story home and the interior looks fresh and new. Minimalistic and clean. I was dining alone and was greeted immediately and given a seat by the front window. Perfect for watching cars and people go by. I was given a carafe of water, a pot of hot tea and a cute bowl of hot buttered popcorn! How unique and brilliant! I placed my order with the young man server who had exquisite manners. My food looked beautiful and tasted delicious. 10/10. So glad I had leftovers to enjoy later. I'd love to come back to East Hampton to explore more of the town with a friend. Po's was a delight that definitely brought me joy this holiday season!

Tom kha soup

This restaurant continues to impress me. First off, I tried the restaurant over the weekend. The place was extremely busy so reservations are strongly encouraged. On this visit I tried the Ma La Shrimp & Chicken and the Tom Kha soup. Both were amazing with the soup really being the star of the show. Po's offers beer and wine as well. I paired a nice Reisling with my spicier dishes. Service super friendly with the owner visiting our table during the meal.

Call the store to swap, but you will get an up charge even if it's considered equal on the lunch or dinner menu.

My fiancé doesn't eat sushi, and many of my friends also don't like sushi so finding an occasion to grab sushi is challenging. BUT tonight I made it happen and so happy I decided to order local instead of in Glastonbury, where I was out doing errands. I only eat cooked sushi or California rolls...call me an imposter but what can I tell you? I love everything about a basic Cali roll, and all the savory-ness of tempura battered anything. Both rolls came on the same plater and were nicely presented (photo after I started eating ) I loved that the shrimp tempura roll still felt warm which seemed like a huge freshness indicator. Ordering was fairly easy - no online ordering option but calling in wasn't a problem. The inside was much smaller than I anticipated but seemed spacious enough to enjoy a meal. I hands down plan on getting sushi here in the future. So nice to know that I can get great sushi right down the street from me. I look forward to reordering my meal from tonight and also further exploring the menu on future visits!

As I slid into the seat it felt a little rough. Noticed that the smooth cushion that's expected was actually well worn and cracked making it a little uncomfortable. I did notice some other booths were the same so they really should invest in renovating the seat cushions. S far as getting served and the food: service was very quick. Soup and salad came out right away. Appetizers were quick and the entrees were cooked and served quick. So that part was great. Salas had a little more dressing than I expected compared from similar places. But it was good, as was the soup. Surprised they served the soup with a metal utensil, normally the Asian places use a wooden spoon. The Ichiban roll was delicious. A little pricey for a roll though. We had the Hibachi combination dinners. One steak with shrimp and the other steak with scallops. Tasty dishes, but the scallops could have used s as touch more searing and seasoning.

As I drive up to it I got a little concerned as all the parking spots in front were taken. Almost moved on until we saw they had a parking lot off to the side. Pulled in and went inside. We were seated right away after given a few choices of where to dine: hibachi table, booth in bar area or booth in dining area. We chose the dining area which happened to be right next to the hibachi tables so we heard the chef over there as they cooked. They use only one menu which seemed like it was their takeout menu. No real complaints I guess as it did list everything. Our appetizers came out quick and food was good. Although the steak bits seemed a little dry. Liked that they allowed us to swap out the mushroom soup with miso soup. Salad was good, they used a different Asian styled dressing which was tasty. Portions were large and we wound up taking some leftovers home. Took close up menu pics as the ones in this site were hard to read. 4 stars because we kept being visited by a couple pesky flies around our food.

Typically find these tasting flammable but this was the perfect balance and probably could've had several. Our server was super nice, food came promptly, overall a good visit.
