General Tsoas Chicken is divine!!! Absolutely the best in the area. Just the right amount of spice to not burn your taste buds. Egg rolls are crispy and packed with flavor. Don't even get started on the crab Rangoons....omg...just heaven! Everything we've ever gotten has-been delicious From Sweet and sour chicken to beef lo mein to boneless spareribs. All yummy!! New owners, Well they are not off to a good start with me. I ordered Garlic Beef and Chicken Fried rice, the young man that took my order, confirmed the item number from the menu. What I got was porky tips and nasty yellow rice with a few small strips of chicken. Looks like Long gone are the fresh made dishes for f the other owners. Worst Chinese food my friend and I have ever had! The teriyaki beef was grey and disgusting definitely was bad. The noodles were over cooked the fried rice was old and had no flavor I am shocked we paid $32 for 2 combination platters and teriyaki beef. The whole experience was terrible!! Certainly cleaner under new management. Food is OK, some days better than others. Noodles, sadly, are always over cooked and too mushy. Fried rice is just meh. Missing any complexity. So last night my friend ordered takeout from China dragon. I did not get to see the restaurant or experience the customer service which is the most important part in my opinion. Anyone can make good food, attitude of the staff sets restaurants apart. This review is based solely on food. So we got shrimp lo mein and general tsoas chicken. All of it was very good. They gave a decent amount of shrimp, the chicken had a good crunch ratio, and we had a good egg roll as well. They gave us generous portions and got everything correct. I think they gave us a free egg roll. Ok this place would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for one unfortunate detail: HAIR IN MY FOOD. Come on!!! I have been eating here since I moved to East Hampton over 7 years ago, never had a bad meal yet. Solid takeout Chinese food. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Not sure why there are so many clearly fake bad reviews for here. All from other states or from people who live more than a half hour away? Maybe they are reviewing the wrong China Dragon? I used to love their crab rangoon. I ordered tonight, waited forever which is unheard of for Chinese food, I get there and the entire place ois filled with smoke, so much I had to stand outside with the door open, my egg roll and crab rangoon were completely burnt, I mean really, there WAS NO ONE THERE cheap bastards, how do you serve burnt food when its not even busy? Worst Chinese food I've ever had. Shocking really. Hot&Sour soup had so much cornstarch in it, it was like a solid lump of jelly. Boneless spare ribs tasted like they were cooked, rinsed in hot water, then heated up again. Fried rice tasted like dirty dish water. Several of the items were screwed up either through substitutions or less than advertised. Ordered the steamed shrimp with string beans and was charged for such, but received slimy chicken bits and browning green beans. Even if it were the right meat, I was shocked to see that quality of chicken outside of a sauce. I called up hoping to avoid a drive to get refunded for the messed up items but was told no, I had to drive down. When I asked if there was anything else that could be done the young gentleman informed me he could give me a refund of the entire check, but he wasn't going to do that. I asked to speak to a manager and he admitted he was the only one who spoke English. I try to avoid attitude when I'm the customer and will not be returning. read more

Run of the mill, fast food Chinese food. They are always quick no matter how busy they are. I go here about once a month or so.

As a local, I might be biased, but I've gone here for Chinese pretty much all my life and have never been disappointed. Family-owned restaurant with HUGE portions and friendly staff. Highly recommended: the Kung Bo Shrimp, Beef Lo Mein, and Triple Hunan Delight. They have dinner plates for around $7-8 a person that are pretty great - they come with an entree, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. read more

I am retired and have eaten at this restaurant many times in the course of 12 years. The service is excellent and the food is hot and brilliantly prepared: Very tasty and delicious! After eating a meal there on many occasions, the serving of rice, WonTon soup, and delicious entrées are large enough so that you can take out a good sized snack for later on in the day. Bon appétit. We stopped in last week for lunch. Two of the 3 tables were taken up by the staff. The 2 females were dressed in dirty clothing. They were unfriendly.
