Let me tell y'all about this food truck. Blue Dyer has their own, but sometimes County Manners is…read morethere as well. I'm not on the southern side too much, so it was my first time ever seeing or hearing of this truck. There was a selection of tacos, baskets, sliders and sides. They had some tacos I was not used to seeing, such as smoked brisket tacos, sweet chili shrimp tacos and haddock (fish) tacos. I got a shrimp and haddock one for myself... OMG... they were bursting with the flavor and the aiolis (jalapeno and sweet chili respectively) were delicious with them -- you can see the other ingredients on the menu. It's o random side, yes, but I got the seaweed salad with them and was so delicious. I was quite satisfied from this meal alone, but I later on wanted to get nachos. I got an order of chicken ones, and... all the yes. I loved the chips, sauces and everything else that came with it. I don't know when I'll get to see them again, but when I do... I can't wait to try something new.

Their menu is seasonal, so I was disappointed that they didn't have their popular rockfish sliders - oh, well - another reason to check them out again! When we went, they had tacos (southwest chicken, smoked brisket, and sweet chili shrimp), soups (crab and minestrone), sliders (smoked Philly steak and cheese, spicy chicken, and BBQ brisket), and baskets (hand-cut fries). We ordered the 3 types of tacos (southwest chicken (fried chicken with cheddar Jack, pico de gallo, sriracha cream, and lettuce), smoked brisket (brisket, pico, cheddar Jack, BBQ, and lettuce), and the sweet chili shrimp (fried shrimp with pico, cheddar Jack, sweet chili aioli, and lettuce) with a side of hand-cut fries. They all came in a flour tortilla. Our favorite was the southwest chicken, because the chicken was perfectly fried; the toppings were ample, and I really liked the sriracha cream. The sweet chili shrimp was good, too, but definitely on the sweeter end; if you like sweet chili, this item is for you! The fries were perfectly fried, crisp, and seasoned. Staff here are super welcoming and friendly. I'd love to check out their other items on the menu during the summer! Great small business to support! +southwest chicken tacos! +great sauces +seasonal menu +friendly staff +check social media for locations/hours of operation

AIRHORN SOUNDS, 3x's!!!! OMG, OMG and OMIGOSH, AGAIN!…read more First and foremost, absolutely perfect customer service, hands down! Shout out to you Don Alfredo and your supportive staff! Before even opening to the public, this rolling chef took time from his preparation for myself and my team. We all were located, coincidentally, at the same venue, The Winery at Sunshine Ridge (review coming soon). After my staff spotted this mobile gem, we immediately became intrigued. The menu called out to my (imagined) Latina roots. The menu had your usual fare of tacos, burritos, etc, yet with an elevated take. Ohhhh, let me tell you the marriage of sauce to entree was incredible. If you are a spice God(dess) like myself, you'll LOVE the collaboration of flavors and heat. Mucho caliente! In the BEST way; flavorful and spicy. I chose the Taco Trio: My first choice was The Shrimp Taco: AMAZING, from the PURPLE SHELLS, to the Alfalfa Sprouts, yes, you read that correctly, PURPLE SHELLS and ALFALFA SPROUTS...This was absolutely delicious before pouring a drop of the heavenly, spicy, sauces. However, when I did, absolute perfection. The flavors melded together with one ingredient building off the last for a unique and scrumptious take on the classic Shrimp Taco, which, BTW, isn't fried! Next up, Chorizo: I chose to add all 3 sauces to this taco and Lovelies, I'm so glad I did. Expert tip: Don't try that on your entire meal as the sauce is spicy and may become overwhelming for some, especially if you combine all 3. Which I'd and thoroughly enjoyed, yet again, I love spicy food and I would not suggest doing that unless you do as well, or you have a high threshold for pain. A little goes a long way, especially if you consider yourself more on the mild side; go easy. Next up, Chorizo Taco: Again, the Chef knocked it out of the park. I only like one style of Chorizo and this is it! Fresh ingredients, made to order with each bite more delectable than the last. Foodgasm, naw jk but close...this taco was sneakily good. I added each sauce one at a time and then in unison, no reheat or no sitting under heat lamps here. Great ratio of protein to toppings, ambrosia to this bougie foodie. The final, Steak Taco, was given to a friend who is also a Chef and Latina. A solid 4 Stars without any condiments. She was silent until completion. Then and only then, did I get a response to my initial question, "How is it?", I got a smiling face and the words, "Solid, 4 Stars!" The other meals(California Burrito, Carne Asada Fries, Chips and Salsa, Chicken Taco's) were all DEVOURED in DELICIOUS silence, with a "This was SOOOOOOOO GOOD", in the end, from the 3 other ladies who accompanied me. We walked to our seats in happy silence as we satiated our cravings. The food looked and smelled so good, we pushed 3 people to immediately seek out my new taco spot, after eyeing and smelling our bounty. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu myself. Coming to your locale soon! Thanks so much, bthe team at Don Alfredo's, it was a wonderful experience!

The tacos themselves were very flavorful and paired really well with the garnishes. The only thing I was unsure about were the sauces that came with the platter. Since everything was served together, I wasn't really sure which sauce paired with what or what the sauces actually were. I would've appreciated a quick explanation or brief rundown of the sauces available. Overall though, the food was good and the customer service was solid as well. My only qualm was the lack of guidance around the sauces.
