The usual warranty are about 30 days but A1 warranty their work and part for 365 days. That's what Josh wrote on the receipt. It is also FULL warranty not limited. I am now sold on their business. So (hopefully not) if I do need their services, they are the only one on my list.

A friend recommended Smith's based on their 5 star rating on google and the A+BBB rating. I read the reviews and checked out their website. I called and Amber was extremely nice and helpful in getting me setup for an appointment. She even gave me a number to send the video of the leak I had. My appointment was the next afternoon. The next day Amber had texted to let me know that if it rained the technician would reschedule since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain but that the technician would let me know. However the rain held off and I received a text that the technician was on his way. The text had a picture along with the name of who was coming. That is something I liked and really felt stood out with customer service. The technician Joe arrived extremely nice guy down to earth very professional. He got right to the job and literally within 15 minutes checked out what was going on. He gave me the estimate-and military discount. I was ready to schedule for the service to see when they could do it. I pulled my calendar out and Joe was like are you going to be here and I said yes and he said ok I'll go get my tools. Lol! I have had two locations on my home that would leak during storms, one was a gable wall and the other a small windowsill in a valley on my roof, I have struggled for years to get someone to find the cause and to no avail. So, after our last snowstorm when the snow started melting, I got leaking again in the roof valley when the snow started to melt, frustrated I called Madewell masonry I explained the problem and Dave came out to assess, he found the grout on the small windowsill was negligible which allowed the melting water to drip inside my home. Thanks to Madewell the team fixed My leak as well as my gable wall crack and sealed the bricks. They are very professional, courteous and meticululous, they cleaned up everything. I had an excellent experience with Peter of VN Appliance. I needed a very unusual range hood…read moreinstallation involving an existing custom wooden canopy. Several other installers I contacted were very nice, but they weren't able to do the work because it required modifying the wooden canopy and creating a custom solution for a recirculating range hood. I was repeatedly told that I would probably need multiple trades or a contractor. Peter was different. He came to my home, looked at the existing setup in person, asked me for the drawings and documentation for the range hood, and actually took the time to figure out how the installation could be done. He gave me an estimate, and once my range hood arrived, it was extremely easy and quick to get on his schedule. He arrived with all of the tools and equipment he needed and was extremely professional throughout the installation. When the original plan for the vent wouldn't work because of the construction of my wooden canopy, he discussed the issue with me before making modifications and came up with another solution. He was able to install the new range hood while preserving the look of my existing cabinetry, which was very important to me. Peter also helped with my old downdraft cooktop. Even though I have free installation for my new cooktop through Lowe's, he explained the difference between a standard big-box appliance installation and the additional preparation my particular setup required. I decided to have him remove the old downdraft cooktop and prepare the area so that when my new cooktop arrives, the installation should be much more straightforward. He also discovered an existing live electrical connection in the canopy and was able to install an outlet for the new range hood, which was an unexpected bonus. What impressed me just as much as the quality of the work was how professional and clean he was. This installation involved cutting wood and created quite a bit of dust, but he cleaned the work area thoroughly afterward. He was knowledgeable, patient, prepared, and simply a pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy with the finished installation. If I need another appliance installed in the future, Peter will be the person I call. I would also happily recommend him to anyone -- especially someone with an installation that isn't completely standard and needs a professional who is willing to actually look at the problem and figure out a solution.

Read: pain in the ***.) He came quickly and told me that my motherboard had fried. He ordered a new one and was super sweet about my time. He completely understood how much I needed my dryer and tried to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. He answers his cell phone and kept in touch. I had it fixed within a week and that included ordering time. Would definitely use him again.
