My experience here was horrible, I had to come back 3x to get my nails properly painted. Jenny the owner paid girls right out of nail and hair school and one girl couldnt paint nails, it kept bubbling. My pedicure was mediocre for the price. Came in on a random friday to get my nails done early in the morning iwth my daughter. I have to say.. for them to just paint my daughters nails and do zero cuticle service it was $15. i could have done that myself... but they were "NICE" Just felt pricey for them to do nothing other than paint her nails.... regardless she was happy. My service was decent. i did like that she actually scrubs your feet so i got good service in getting the dead skin off myself. I asked for clear nail polish, they had to remove some gel polish from my nails. Unfortunately, there were many times I was pulling away from the technician because the heat and aggression from the tool that takes off the polish was too much. I want to be honest and say I don't know much about nails but I think it was left on my nail too long maybe? I started getting nervous and I usually say something but I didn't want to make her feel bad if she was new at this. So I just thought I'd leave a review for others to decide. Maybe it was just a bad experience for me at this time? I will say my nails look worse after the service than they did before. :( which I'm very sad about. Wasn't a perfect experience, but I left mostly satisfied. Received a pedicure and brow wax and would say pricing is a lil on the higher end which doesn't totally match the quality. My brows were pretty good, but I had to request a redo on my gel pedi as she didn't initially paint up to my cuticle as I like. It looked like my toes had been done for 2 weeks already. However she apologized, removed, reapplied and the 2nd time was the charm. read more

I went in on a random Thursday evening, for a basic manicure. More times than I could count, I considered getting up and leaving the salon. There were 2 people working (a lady and a man) about a quarter of the way through the manicure the lady demanded that the man and her switch costumers. The man tried to refuse the switch, and then they started yelling at each other, the man began cussing at the woman. The man told me that that lady was too bossy and that's why no one likes working with her. The switch occurred. The lady began wondering around the salon, looking very lost. That's when I thought about leaving. 20 minutes of her just aimlessly wondering around. The phone began to ring, and the lady (I believe her name was Jenny) was nothing more than cruel and rude to the potential customers. When people asked where they are located, she said "how did you get this number. Google will tell you the address" then when someone (a man) tried to make an appointment, she told them they can't make an appointment, he would just have to walk in and see if they could service him in a very rude manner. Then as the phone continued to ring, she began giving folks the wrong address when they asked for the address! She then vents to me and tells me that the gentlemen that she was working with that night, steals peoples names and numbers from their data base, to then patron the ladies for dates. Then she brings race into the conversation, she tells me that she refuses to see black folks, because they are aggressive and like to fight her. Like what??? Another patron walked in with her daughter, and the mom asked for a simple bandaid for her child. I understand the kiddo needed a band aid. So the lady worker got up and checked out the need for the band aid, instead of giving this kiddo a band aid, she walked around the salon yet again, not retrieving a bandaid for the girl, but began eating snacks, in front of costumers. Never washing her hands before returning to the station I was at. I arrived at 5:30, the simple manicure wasn't done until after 7:30. Poor costumer service, all around. The only good thing about this place, is that that they are opened later. Oh, and I almost forgot, the place smelled like sewage. Oh, when it was time to check out, she asked me for my name and number to put in their data base, 3 times. I refused to divulge my Personal information to her, because I had already planned on never returning. This just made her more upset. read more

I went just after they opened on a Friday morning for a walk-in and no one was there, so I was seen right away. My nail technician was friendly, and she did a great job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. The salon is HUGE and has up to 25 seats if I'm not mistaken! They've only been open for 2.5yrs so everything is clean and brand new looking. They use liners for their spa pedicure as well. I paid $70 for the entire service which included a massage for both my hands and feet. Super close to the strip as well, so the location is convenient if especially if you're on the northern part of the strip. I would come back for sure! read more

Giving two stars because this place is extremely inconsistent. Don't bother making an appointment because every time I have, it doesn't matter. I have had some decent manicures here so I felt like it is worthy of two stars but today's appointment was awful. Came here today with two simultaneous appointments in which they were 30 minutes late, and for one of them they started at 30 minutes after and then the other still didn't get a pedicure started until 45 minutes after. They sped through our pedicures and left cuticle and polish all over. Didn't put lotion on after the scrub. And when my partner (male) ordered a pedicure, they put his polish away and couldn't find it assuming he didn't want any. It took another 10 minutes for them to find his polish and put it on. I didn't hear a lot of speaking in language that I don't understand and that's an extra plus because it's uncomfortable for me to spend money somewhere and not being sure if the conversation that's not understandable is about me. I used to frequent nail salons but I stop going because I felt foolish patronizing a business that doesn't respect me or others around me who also don't understand what's being said. It's like sitting with a group of people and people start whispering to certain folks but not to everyone. The reason I did go to get my nails done was for my daughter-in-law's bridal shower. They just opened. Hoping for a clean space. While they have all plastic barriers up. They're full of dust and dirt and the station I was directed to was never cleaned before I sat down as proven but he dirty towel she just replaced. Wearing masks so there's that. Otherwise no cleaning. WTW Wen clients and I should have left so blame me for the rest. I was a full gel set. NOT ACRYLIC gel. Hasn't had gel in more than 7 months. I had filed them. She starts grinding and roughly filing including cutting me w the file. I have to ask her to file down the SHARP corners and now what LITTLE NAILS I had are gone! Rough and terrible. She pulls out fake acrylic and I said GEL SET. She doesn't understand me. "You said set." Yes GEL SET CLEAN NAILS NO GEL FOR 7 months! Worst experience ever! I made two appointments at this salon to get my nails done. Both times I had the same girl, I don't remember her name, but she had a splint on her finger. The first time I explained to her that my nail beds were weak due to having acrylics, so please do not use the drill, but she did instead. She explains to me that it's not the tool, it's the technician that messes up the nail bed. I believed her so I proceeded with my gel manicure. Within a week, my nails started chipping and breaking. Thinking it was still my weak nail bed, I made my next appointment. Second appointment: I make an appointment to go in my lunch break, this time, I get dip powder, because it's stronger than gel polish right? I walk in and get the same girl. Starts off with her texting on the phone while I'm sitting in front of her. She then leaves her station and spends 20 minutes texting again by the hand sinks! Then, in the middle of my appointment, she leaves me TWICE to handle two walk in eyebrow waxing. WtF?!? I had never gotten dip powder before, so I trusted the process. She didn't even use nail bond, which I have now been informed is a must! She used clear gel polish, thinking it was going to adhere the powder to my nail like it was supposed to!! The only thing it did was make the powder cloudy instead of translucent. She then did only 2 coats of the dip, and said I was done. Cut to 1 week later, the dip had cracked vertically down the middle of my nail, and my nails continued to chip and break. And don't get me started on the pedicure and how she used the callous grater on my foot for so long that my heel is now cracked and the side of my toe was bleeding. Horrible, horrible service! Train your people or don't even bother having a salon! I can only imagine the tourists that you take advantage of, and you should be ashamed of yourself for that. read more

New Ownership and worst Spa Pedicure Experience ever. Tech immediately tried to upgrade me to their top tier Pedicure. I gave her the benefit of the doubt going against my gutt and opted for the $55 Honey Milk Pedicure that included Hot Stone and Parafin wax. It was the roughest -fastest upgraded pedicure I have had in 10+ years of having "Deluxe Hot Stone, and Paraffin Pedicures. She started at 3:57pm and by 4:22 she was done with Hot Stones and Paraffin Wax treatment, ready to apply polish. Mind you, I mentioned to her that the service was rushed and if she could please clean my cuticles a bit better and cut my toe nails straight across. She was quick to express how offended she was and stated she was not done.... I simply then said it was a rather fast pedicure and that she was also a bit harsh in the process. Needless to say, she back peddled and went over my cuticles, filed, and trimmed my toe nails a lot better. Maybe I was quick to jump the gun, and maybe her order of services is different than all the other hundreds of "Deluxe Pedicures" I have had. To put the icing on the cake, her defensive, and agressive tone made me nervous, uncomfortable, and was humiliating. The other techs and owner sitting at the front did and said nothing. We had some time to kill so decided to get Pedicures. It is a nice clean place but not overly fancy. Most of the ladies were nice but one lady used the language barrier to get us to spend almost twice as much as a pedicure should cost. Two pedicures cost $130. She showed me two boxes asking which one. Didn't mention it wasn't included. I said I didn't want gel and only showed me the gel colors. I didn't get gel and was able to pick a non gel color. Then she didn't put a top coat on one of my feet. I made her correct that. But what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing time for me and my daughter felt like highway robbery. I know pricing has gone up for pedicures but this was extreme for a strip mall pedicure location. read more
