I've been a client at A Harmony Nail Spa several times over the past couple of years and without a doubt, the service given here surpasses all expectations! I called them Saturday morning, hoping to get an appointment for a pedicure for that day; and was called back about an hour later and they were able to accommodate me. During my pedicure appointment, I was given delicious spa water, a heated pillow, a sample of in-house made coffee creamer and a chocolate peanut butter rice krispy treat. My nail technician was Daphne, who knew exactly what to do with my neglected toes and rough feet! Her advice to me about how I could take care of my feet at home was helpful and appreciated. Bree was the official "greeter, cashier, and helpful person" in the front of the spa. Her customer service was absolutely stellar in my opinion. This spa is a hidden gem in Las Vegas! I thought I was calling my neighborhood nail shop, Harmony Nails, and called this spa by mistake. Paula was so nice and welcoming on the phone I thought, I would give it a try. What sold me on this place was the fact that they give full body massages. I hadn't had one since before the pandemic so it was well over due. It was also my mom's birthday so a Spa Day sounded like fun. Well, it was a very pleasant experience. To describe the atmosphere, I would say it's a positive cosmic energy environment. It's not super modern but very clean, welcoming and friendly. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out before the massage but there was no wait and they were ready for us at our scheduled time. The massages were perfect. Marcus gave my mom a very caring and light body touch treatment massage while Candido gave me a Deep tissue massage. The room was very calming and the aromatherapy and eucalyptus scents were a plus. Then they moved us to the nail area and gave us what they call Leg/Foot Scrub massages. This was my least favorite part. The salt scrub was so abrasive and irritating on my legs, it was really uncomfortable. My mom seemed to enjoy her sugar scrub rub though. However, I don't think it's worth the extra $70 in my opinion. Then Ambria gave my mom her manicure and pedicure. Now I have to mention, Ambria has some long nails, but they don't inhibit her at all. She did a wonderful job. Plus I liked the way she spoke with my mom. I felt like she treated her like she would treat her own grandmother. I appreciated that. Shareefah did my pedicure and she gave me the BEST PEDICURE EVER! I mean my feet are not the most beautiful but she actually made them cute. I loved the Lavender color she recommended since usually I just go for the plain French pedicure. So, to wrap up my review. Me and my mom enjoyed our experience at A Harmony Nail Spa. This is a really hard review for me to write because I was really looking forward to having this place be my go to spot and because I wish I had the guts to go to a manager. I just moved to the area and was looking for a place close by for frequent pedicures. Since this place comes highly recommended on yelp and is three minutes down the street from me I couldn't wait to come for an appointment. I got their signature pedicure and as an athlete I was ready to get my feet in check. The place is decorated very interesting but the place was nice and clean. I sat down in the chair and while very unique it didn't have a very nice massage chair like I'm used to it was just an overlay to a chair that was very mediocre. I don't mind though if it's a good pedicure who cares. Really what it came down to was when my foot was getting sanded it was so painful I had to ask the associate to stop. I was trying to just take the pain and know my feet we're getting the calluses off until the woman doing my pedicures lifted up my foot and it was bleeding. My foot had been sanded down so much it was bleeding and bruised. She apologized and kept going forgetting that the next step was a salt scrub. Her hair was so long it kept getting in the way of our pedicures and she was wearing earbuds the whole time, I was talking to her not knowing that she couldn't hear me. It was a really hard experience for me. I didnt have the guts to say anything after I wanted to leave so bad, but please see the pictures of my foot after the pedicure. I am now afraid to get one again because of the pain that it caused me an injury to my heel. I will not come back here and weeks later I am still trying to recover as an athlete from the injury from this pedicure. Please make sure your technicians are trained and paying attention to their clients if she had just felt my heel she would have known that it was sanded and bleeding let alone bruising. I ended up paying a lot of money for a pedicure that caused me pain, long recovery time and a lot so luxury experience. read more

She Didn't cut off a ton when we only asked for a little (biggest fear for all of us going into a salon, lol). But, it was a very easy straightforward cut w no layers and it was a little uneven in the back all said and done. We dont care because my daughter wears her hair wavy and it would not be seen. Be advised: long hair cost $15 extra (not noted on groupon). I wasnt charged this, bc she forgot to tell me...but YOU might be if you have hair past shoulders. The location seems a bit sketchy (though there are a lot of options for Korean lunch) - my lyft driver advised me to not walk around the area when waiting for my pickup. This place is truly an experience ! We were instantly greeted and informed our 3 pedicures were being started. The little shop at the entrance is a bonus when waiting, and it is full of great natural products. We were offered a variety of oils and salts for our pedicure water, hot tea, and warm neck pillows. OOOPs sorry, forgot to mention this place is truly a fairy tale, a whimsical dream ! Such a cute cute place! Now the only thing that stopped me from a full 5 stars was the end result. After we left, we all compared pedicures and admitted we've definitely had better. One of us felt as though our nails weren't cleaned thoroughly and our feet didn't have that "crisp" pedicure look . Let me start off by saying my mail tech, Alysa, was great. While I was in for the service, the staff was very nice and she did an amazing job. When she was delayed she apologized, and she was very friendly. But I have never had a manicure last a shorter amount of time in my life. Here it is like 36 hours later and half my nails are ruined. And I haven't even really done much to be hard on them. I went in Wednesday night, and by Thursday morning, three nails had already peeled on the edges, just from me sleeping and then doing some baking (no kneading or anything that used my hands out of the ordinary). Christmas Eve, a few more messed up after I only did light unwrapping of gifts, and now, on Christmas morning, half of the nails are ruined, still not having done any crazy unwrapping. The appointment didn't start off great. My fiancé bought a Groupon and followed instructions on Groupon to book the appointment for a mojito manicure and pedicure online. So I show up for the 3 p.m. appointment he set and am told there is no reservation for me. I was told Groupon is supposed to instruct you to call the salon directly to book, but I showed the directions that say to book directly through Groupon. So thankfully they could get me in half an hour later, but still, if you're going to utilize a service, make sure you're on the same page. And since my fiancé had gifted me the service, the process to get the Groupon redeemed was a little tedious, but we made it work. I was offered water, tea or coffee, but I had to ask for the virgin mojito that my fiancé informed me should be part of the service. Once I sat for the pedicure, I was asked if I wanted a hot or cold neck pillow, and I asked for a hot one. About 10 minutes later I had to ask again because the girl who was supposed to grab it hadn't and then went into a service. When the owner came over to start things for a client of her own, she was the one to ask me if I wanted the massage on on my chair - about halfway through my pedicure - because no one else up to that point (not the girl who sat me and asked about the pillow, the guy who brought me the drink and the pillow or my mail tech) had told me the chair massaged or showed me how to turn it on (controls were hidden, so not really obvious). I do like how my tech, and the other techs from what I gathered, ask you about any special needs or challenges and offer suggestions based on those. If you have been there before, they ask about whether you were satisfied with your last service, too. And Alysa offered a very relaxing service (despite having to leave me sitting there soaking my feet for a while before starting so she could catch a break in between clients). So I did actually enjoy the actual service part. I was even given on my hands a sample of a special top coat that is supposed to help harden the nails and help the manicure last up to two weeks longer (according to the salon owner) because I mentioned my nails seem to tend to break. So I was thankful. But I almost feel like that special top layer is what made the nails peel faster. So this nice manicure I had gotten for Christmas isn't even nice for Christmas. Like I said, I haven't been anywhere near hard on my hands (haven't even done dishes), so I really do feel like they should have lasted longer than a day. The people were great, the atmosphere nice once you step back into the treatment area (the exterior had me thinking it would be sketchy, but it turned out to be nice, and the front waiting area is a little small and cluttered for my taste), but I guess the quality of products and the organization need to be better. For being dubbed a luxury salon and having paid a good amount for a service, I feel like the process should have been smoother and my nails should have lasted much longer. Absolutely the BEST spa experience! The staff truly cares about you and your needs. Their customer service is Divine. Also had a Reiki session done with the owner Paula. At first I was skeptical, because I have never done Reiki, however it was absolutely worth it! I never spoke up about what was bothering me physically or emotionally, but Paula was able to read the energy of my body and tell me exactly what was bothering me, and blocking my chakra.
