Contacted this Local nail salon and was able to get an appointment without any problem. Arrived at the salon and was pleasantly greeted. While I arrived on foot, complementary parking is available in a small lot in this area. The technician that took care of my nails was super friendly and did a great job. She even convinced me to try to finish. I typically wouldn't go for, but it came out wonderful Multiple services offered at this salon with the primary focus being on manicures and pedicures. Pricing was super reasonable compared to higher and spas located in major hotels After a very nice manicure, I was a little disappointed afterward, that I had to go to bat for changing the value on the credit card amount. I had left a very generous tip and they marked it up a little further. My recommendation is to enjoy the service but pay in cash to avoid any issues with credit cards. read more

Made an appointment and they forgot to mention that the "tips with dip" lady wasn't even there yet and was still on her way. Wouldn't have ubered there if the person wasn't there yet. There are 6382637 nail salons around and would have picked another place. read more

I had Itzi for a pedicure, i randomly stopped in on vacation and they were so professional beginning to end ! I got a pedicure and I'm super picky about my shape being square and she nailed it! This is also one of the first times I've gotten a pedicure and filing and cleaning of the cuticles didn't hurt ! We will def be back ! read more

I loved it! Did the charcoal detox- comes with sugar scrub and paraffin wax and it was wonderful!!! It was a bit pricey for what I am use to but it is also on the strip! It was a great relief to get out of the heat and have a wonderful pedicure! Excellent job very clean and hygienic! Also able to get me in same day and great customer service! read more

Do not recommend. I went in for a Pedicure and it's like the tech had never done a pedicure before, EVER. And when I sat with in the chair , the water had already been sitting in the tub and it was super cold. I asked to make it hotter , and she put in a little hot water. During the entire pedicure, My feet touched the water for 15 seconds. She then kept putting alcohol on my toes which made my feet very dry. When it was time for my cuticles to get cut , she didn't even dip them in water or use the cuticle softener, which caused me to get a cut on a few of my toes. My nails weren't shaped and wasn't polish ready when she tried to start putting gel polish on my toes. I'd tire pedicure was 20 mins. Not long enough for anything. read more

We were visiting from the Bay Area and my daughter decided to get her nails done. She called and made a same day appointment. When we arrived, it was a cute little salon inside the strip mall across from Resort Worlds. Overall, she had a great experience and her nails turned out beautifully while I got to foot the bill. However, the next day, one of her acrylics already broke, so I called to see if they can fix it for her. The shop was more than willing and apologized. I appreciate them a standing behind their work and willing to make things right. read more

Channaly is my go to girl! I don't have the money to go every two weeks but each of the two times she has done my nails I was able to go 3 weeks, maybe a little longer. And other than the obvious growth, the polish was still in tact. I did go one time and had my nails done by someone else and my thumb chipped the very next day and by the time I went in for a fill, about 3 weeks, most of my nails were chipped. They started chipping prior, but I just didn't have the time to fix them. I went back to Channaly the next time and just over two weeks later, they still look amazing. A little chip on the free edges but not noticeable looking down at the nail bed. I will go back again and again. I think that was the big difference also, Channaly capped the free edges but the other person did not. Highly recommend her. read more

BOOOO TOMATOES TOMATOES! I got my nails done as soon as I landed. Mind you only been in Vegas for 3 days. My nails are already lifting up. $80 for a half a** job. I broke a nail when I was packing and didn't have time to get it fixed. By the time I got to Vegas and started working, it was difficult to type during the conference. They were farther away from the south side of the strip but well worth the uber. The lady who did my nails, not only did an amazing recommendation for my nails but also did a great job on the waxing. I was staying across the street at Resorts World and in desperate need of a pedicure when I found this place on Yelp. It's in a bit of a dodgy strip mall but once inside it is clean with lots of room. I made a reservation online for the next week (doh! I should have called.) but they were able to fit me in after a short wait. I did the aroma pedicure with an extra 15 min massage and was totally worth it. Same price I pay at my local spot at home. Located on the strip and not far from the Venetian hotel; about 12-15min drive, depending on traffic and time of day. The female staff and decorations remind me of the one back home; very beautiful, clean, professional, sweet, informative, patient, and lady boss aroma-like. Love the lit-up sign "Got Nailed in Vegas!" I requested for a black French tip gel manicure with no color pedicure which was the mani and pedi combo $75. I got a mani pedi and a removal of my old full set. It was nice in there thought I was going to have a good experience. At the beginning on my pedi not sure what she did to my big toe, but when I put my foot in the water it started to burn. During my mani she was rough when cutting my cuticles, I was in pain. She cut one of my fingers pretty bad and put a liquid on it that burned. It also bled the rest of the time. When I left most of my fingers were on fire and two on my fingers were bleeding. read more

Knew my feet would need a rub down after walking the strip so booked a pedicure before I even got on the plane. Online scheduling system is super easy, including rescheduling, with only email/phone needed, not some lengthy registration process. I had a signature pedicure with gel polish and the entire visit was wonderful! Price was on point with what I pay in my Midwestern home town. Would definitely go back if/when I'm back in Las Vegas. Bonus star if I could give it: I had an issue with my phone (it overheated and died on my walk there) and they were nice enough to find a charger. Walking back down the strip without it would've been stressful. read more

I was paired with the next avaliable Nail Tech and they were impatient, and reluctant to fix any issues. The tech only looked at the reference photo once for a brief moment. As they were shaping my nails, I noticed that the nail on my left pointer finger was veering to the very evidently to the right. I asked her to fix this issue. Reluctantly she fixed the nail remarking "it's because of your nail bed". As painted the nails it was as if she just wanted to get it over with and did not take the time to make the design even, nor did she look at the reference photo again. Used glitter as a way to cover her shoddy craftsmanship, and throughout the process kept trying to convince me that her work was pretty after sensing that I was unhappy. Overall will not be stopping by anytime in the future. So not worth the money. read more

My friends were in town so we've been walking around the Strip. We decided to try this salon since it's right on Las Vegas Blvd. The Good: we didn't have any reservation but they took all of us right in. There was no wait at all. The staffs were very friendly and took their time to do the services. I had a new set of acrylic nails with designs, my friends got pedicure and hair up-dos. They looks perfect. This place looks chic with nice interior decor and very clean. The Bad: the price can get a bit pricy with all the add-ons but the salon is located on the Strip so I guess the price is ok. I'm sure it's a lot more expensive if we got our services done inside the Casinos..It's just that i'm used to local price XD We had a good time here and our nails and hair-dos look good. I don't know what's wrong with Yelp and Yelp reviewer but I feel the reviews for this salon are very untrue. It's true that people like to complaint and whining about anything however I saw a lot of biased and defaming reviews based on my experience at Vegas Nail Spa. Honestly, I don't know where these reviewers get their bad experience from.. This salon has good and friendly staffs and i only experienced the best from them. Some people complaint about oh it's expensive but ladies, it's not. It's the prices of beauty service in Las Vegas and particularly on the Strip. So expecting the price to be a little higher than normal. I'm living here in Vegas and with the local discount 10%, price is the same as local salons For the ladies who left bad reviews just to satisfy your opinion, shame on you. read more

Came back to Vegas Nail Spa again and love love love the artistic flowers and marble design I got this time. Again, very talented, professional and friendly salon. I've got so many compliments for my nails. Their crystals on the nails are really high quality, shiny and beautiful. No chipping, no falling crystal yet and its been 2 weeks long, going on the 3rd week. I had designs with crystal on before at other salons and they would always fall out here and there, really bothered me. Here, they stay strong and shiny still. I love it! Did their hotstone pedicure and it felt so relaxing and smooth afterward. Oh, when I was there, they had a group of bachelorette party doing their pedi and mani, they all dressed in uniform. I was here in early March and forgot to post until now. Shame on me. These ladies are the freaking best and everyone should go here, get a taco next door while you are at it (El Pastor). I booked a brazilian/eyebrow/lip wax and full acrylic set. Wax was gentle and fast, it was my first brazilian and I don't know how but it barely hurt. Since it was my first time I was embarrassed because I didn't know what to do, but I did not need to be because they are so kind and made me feel right at home. My eyebrows have never looked better they are so even! My nails were fabulous and quality. I went in without a clue as to what I wanted, and walked out feeling gorgeous. I have been coming to Vegas Nail Spa a couple of times now and so far the experience was very good. Of all the salons I have been to before, I think this place is very cool and different: Nice wall decoration, spas are clean and they are friendly. If you want to get your nails done with designs, come to Ken, I think he's the manager and he's good at what he does. Price is the same as the salon next to my house. Vegas Nail Spa do offer 10% discount for local and VIP program so I take advantage of the promotions all the time :) Overall, i'm very satisfied with the service here and will recommend to my friends. This is one of the coolest salon I have ever visited. Love the decoration on the wall and beautiful crystal chandeliers. It has several options for Pedicure which is a good thing. I chose the black charcoal detoxify pedicure and it was a blast. Kim took care of me very well and she gave me a good foot massage. Pricing is a little high but it does offer local discount for local so I found the price is not so bad compare to the salon next to my house. Awesome experience from booking the appointment to finish. My friends and I both got the aroma pedicure, nails and waxing done. The staffs were detailed and took time to do our services although there were other customers waiting; but no rushing at all. I also like that they have a lot of colors and designs to choose from. I had my hair and nails done here by Mara and Ken and I'm very satisfied with the result. Mara is funny and did a good job cutting and dying my hair, she even gave me a free styling which was what I really needed for an event of mine. Ken was fast with the nails and I had nice designs done by him. The salon has cool vibes and very clean. Overall it's a good salon with friendly people. Let me say first, Angie did a great job on my pedicure (much needed) and was very friendly and easy going. The service here was very good and friendly. The facility is clean, smells nice, and has great decor. Not crowded which I can appreciate because I was able to relax and not be rushed as my polish dried. I will definitely be back. I was recommended to do the Hotstone Pedicure treatment and it was the best pedicure experience I've ever had. It's worth the money. I'm staying at the Wynn hotel and this salon is like 10 minutes away. Very convenience and the price is a LOT better compared to the salon inside the hotel. The nail tech was friendly enough, and patient with my ticklish feet (I always let them know in advance and apologize). The paint job was good, not great-there were a couple spots along the edge of the nail that weren't super clean. It's a normal nail spa, nothing super fancy. They did have a couple of TVs, and whatever music they were playing was all fun remixes from the early 2000s, which I enjoyed.

From the beginning, the nail technician made us uncomfortable by repeatedly calling my girlfriend "sexy" right in front of me. He also kept aggressively flicking and jerking her hands around while working on her nails. My girlfriend was in a lot of pain throughout the appointment. We later realized the technician had actually filed into her natural nails, causing them to become damaged. You can see the damage in the attached photo. We asked for a different technician, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately the second technician handled her hands just as roughly. By that point, three of my girlfriend's fingers were bleeding. This is not an exaggeration. When we decided to leave, the situation escalated. The door was locked, and we were pressured into paying for the service. The only solution they offered was a $20 discount despite everything that had happened. At one point, one of the technicians grabbed my girlfriend's wrist. I immediately told her to let go and asked everyone to step back. We began recording the interaction for our own protection because we felt surrounded and intimidated. The staff later asked us to remove our videos from social media, but we have every right to document an interaction when we feel unsafe. If necessary, we are prepared to defend that right. My girlfriend's hands were sore for days afterward. Once they had healed enough, we went to Nail Gossip, where she had an amazing experience. They completed her nails in about an hour with professionalism and care--a complete contrast to the nearly four hours of stress and pain we experienced here. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. We only came here because it was the only nail salon open at the time, and we deeply regret that decision.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst nail salon experience of my life…read more I booked an appointment through their system, yet upon arrival nobody even bothered to check my reservation or ask for my name. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell me on extremely expensive services. The most shocking part is that these prices are being charged by people who seem to lack even basic knowledge and skills in their profession. First of all, hygiene standards were practically nonexistent. The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.
