I trusted their professional judgment, but they used a metal, cheese-grater-like foot file on that area, which was extremely painful. After the appointment, I looked into Colorado regulations and became concerned because I believe the tool and technique used may not be permitted under state cosmetology rules. I feel my concerns about the sensitive area should have been taken more seriously, and I should have been informed before something that painful was done. The polish application was also disappointing. My toenails looked sloppy and did not have the clean, professional finish I expected from a pedicure. Overall, I left feeling unhappy with the quality of the service and the level of care I received. I won't be returning.

I go for my 2nd appointment and explained I wanted the highlights but wanted my grey covered. Chloe first of all didn't remember what she used on me previously and asked me what color toner she used. The stylist sitting next to her chair kept chiming into our conversation telling me why my grey couldn't be covered along with highlights I've been able to get highlights before in my hair and cover all my grey. So I paid $150 to still have a lot of grey hair plus my highlights aren't showing I'm guessing she didn't leave the foils in long enough. Reason said couldn't cover my grey is I'd have a line- however this is what I wanted and I'm the customer right? I would have had a line that would have faded after one wash. Lost a client and note to stylist who kept budding into conversation, I didn't go there for you. Awful experience Update. I appreciate the owner reaching out to me to refund my money for my appointment I'm guessing my stylist was inexperienced to understand what I wanted exactly at the very least I'd hope she'd write down the colors she used for the next time.
