I had tried a number of places (in Kalispell) last summer while I was here and left disappointed every time. Made an appointment with Savannah for a Thursday afternoon, about an hour and a half before my appointment she called and said her previous appointment hadn't shown and if I would like I could come in earlier. Thought that was very professional and kind. It's the cutest little shop at the end of town, very clean and well done. It's two techs the owner and Savannah. I have acrylics, usually do pink and whites but wanted an all over color. Explained to Savannah what I was looking for, I must say I am super impressed. She was quick but not sloppy very meticulous with her work. She was engaging, intelligent and just sweet as can be. Had a great conversation the whole time! I am so happy to have stumbled upon this shop, especially being new to the area and not having recommendations to rely on. I love my nails she really did an amazing job. Want a great nail place that is full of Western hospitality and has a down home feel look no further then Oh Kellys! Highly recommended!

The owner AJ was personable and professional. He offered me a complimentary beverage and turned on the massage chair while I was having my nails done. While sitting relaxed I noticed that the salon was very clean. AJ did my manicure while another pleasant employee did my pedicure which allowed me to get done and on my way quickly. I think they are a bit less pricey than most of the local salons. If you are looking to get a pedicure or manicure give them a try. My friends all finished up and left and still no one tended to my nails. I finally had to get up and tell them I was leaving. Once I said that they started back sliding and saying they could do it fast. They soaked my nails off for 20 mins with no start in sight so I asked for my ticket to leave. The original pedicure was $100 and my tab was $120!!!! I protested where the extra $20 came from and I was told it was for my "manicure". At this point I was livid. I said I wasn't paying for a manicure when they did nothing but soak my nails off and they insisted a soak off was $20. I will never go back.
