I use Bark Walk Play for recurring cat-sitting during the week and occasional dog-walking. My…read morehusband and I have very busy schedules, so it's a huge help knowing that when we get home in the evening, our two cats have already been fed and their litter box has been cleaned. I can now spend quality time cuddling and playing with them. Abby is amazing. I truly appreciate how attentive and thoughtful she is with my fur babies. What stands out most are the little things she does. She pays attention to each cat's individual personality and routine, and she asks questions whenever she's unsure rather than making assumptions. That level of care gives me tremendous peace of mind. I'd definitely recommend Abby to anyone looking for a caring and reliable cat sitter.

Abigail and Bryan were amazing with our dog, Blizzard. They stayed overnight, took him on walks,…read moreand even brought him to the park which he loved. They were super consistent with sending photo updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Blizzard is a large breed malamute, so it's not always easy finding sitters who are confident and experienced--but what really stood out is that they also have experience with large dogs. That made a huge difference for us. They followed all of our instructions, including administering his medication and reinforcing his commands, which we really appreciated. They were also comfortable using the tools we provided, like his prong collar, which honestly made me feel even more reassured that they know how to properly handle bigger, stronger dogs. They left the Furbo camera on in the living room as requested and were overall very respectful of our home. It's honestly hard to find sitters you fully trust, and I'm so glad we found them--especially having both of them stay with Blizzard. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

I've been bringing my dog here for daycare and boarding, and overall I've had a really positive…read moreexperience. To be transparent, my very first visit had a few hiccups. I was thankful that they accepted my county vaccination paperwork and that I was able to board my dog privately until she was spayed (which I did complete). There were some initial issues related to camera access and paperwork that were a bit frustrating at the time. The camera issue itself ultimately appeared to be more of a technical problem, but the initial communication at the front desk left me feeling like my concerns weren't fully heard. Looking back, it seems like something that could have been easily clarified with better communication. That said, coming from a customer service background, I believe it's important to give businesses the opportunity to address concerns before forming a final opinion. What really stood out to me was how the management team handled everything. They reached out, listened, and took my concerns seriously. They made the effort to explain, correct, and improve the experience, and followed up in a way that felt genuine and accountable. The issue was addressed quickly, and I truly believe they used the feedback as an opportunity to improve, which I really respect. Since then, I've continued bringing my dog here regularly - including overnight stays - and the difference has been clear. The staff is attentive, kind, and very in tune with the dogs. They recognize her, look forward to seeing her, and consistently keep me informed about how she's doing, including any concerns. She is treated with patience and care. They've also gone above and beyond in ways that meant a lot to me. They honored a daycare promotion I had missed when I first enrolled, and during a recent visit when my dog had been sprayed by a skunk, the team was incredibly attentive and helped clean her thoroughly and thoughtfully. That level of care made a stressful situation so much easier. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the team members who work directly with the dogs genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I have no doubt that they have the dogs' best interests in mind, even knowing how challenging it can be to manage so many different personalities. No place is perfect, and dogs can be unpredictable, but what matters most to me is how a business responds when something doesn't go as planned. In this case, they made it right, and that's why they've become my go-to for daycare and boarding. I'm very thankful to have found them, and my dog clearly feels comfortable there, which says everything.

After a previous negative experience, my fiancé and I waited several months before bringing our…read moredog, Posie, back to daycare. We decided to give this facility another chance because she genuinely loves playing with other dogs, and daycare seemed very different from overnight boarding. Before returning, we made it very clear to staff that because of our previous experience, we wanted to be contacted immediately about any issues involving Posie, no matter how minor. Staff assured us they would communicate with us, and based on those conversations, we felt comfortable trying daycare again. We had a few uneventful visits, but our most recent experience raised serious concerns and brought back many of the same issues we experienced before. We dropped Posie off around 2:30 PM for Day Camp. Around 3:55 PM, I checked the daycare cameras and noticed that she was nowhere to be found in the large playgroup area that we had paid for. Concerned, we contacted the facility to ask where she was. Initially, we were told that Posie had been placed in a holding area while staff handled transfers and departures. Later, a supervisor called us and explained that because Posie is "rambunctious," she had been separated into holding crates while staff completed other responsibilities. During the conversation, he stated that she had been there since arrival. This was frustrating because it meant our dog had spent a significant portion of her daycare visit separated from the group without our knowledge. Had this been communicated to us, we could have made an informed decision about whether daycare was the right fit that day. What was particularly concerning was that it appeared Posie's situation was only addressed after we noticed she was missing from the cameras and contacted the facility ourselves. While we were still on the phone with staff, we observed Posie being brought back into the play area on a leash. This left us wondering whether she would have remained in the holding area even longer had we not checked the cameras and called. When I expressed concern about how long Posie had been confined, the supervisor focused on correcting my estimate, explaining that because her drop-off was at 2:30 PM, she had "technically" only been there for about 90 minutes. The issue was never whether it was 90 minutes or two hours. The issue was that our dog had spent a significant portion of the daycare session separated from the activities we were paying for without any communication to us. What made the explanation confusing was that Posie has attended daycare here multiple times, and staff had always given us positive feedback about her interactions with other dogs. We had never been told she was disruptive, difficult to manage, or unable to participate in daycare. The first time her behavior was presented as a concern was after we discovered she had been separated from group play, which left us confused by the sudden change in messaging. Another part of the conversation that left me frustrated was when the supervisor told us that it seemed the facility was unable to meet our needs and suggested that perhaps this was not the right place for our dog. We had not yet spoken with management, nor had anyone attempted to address the concerns we were raising before suggesting that we take our business elsewhere. This also brought back concerns from a previous daycare visit. On that occasion, Posie came home with a wound on her leg that our veterinarian indicated was consistent with a bite or tooth abrasion from another dog. Thankfully it was not severe, but the skin was punctured and required monitoring. We were never contacted about the injury, and when we asked staff about it afterward, we were told there was no report of any incident occurring. That previous experience was one of the main reasons we stopped bringing Posie here for several months. We eventually decided to give the facility another chance because she enjoys socializing with other dogs and hoped the prior incident was isolated. Unfortunately, after this most recent experience, many of the same concerns resurfaced. Another concern is the overall level of supervision during busy periods. During our recent phone call, staff repeatedly described the environment as chaotic and explained that they were managing multiple responsibilities at once. As a customer, that left me wondering whether there are enough staff members available to supervise the number of dogs present while simultaneously handling transfers, cleaning, pickups, and other duties. Finally, during the last two daycare visits, Posie was returned to us completely soaked and smelling strongly of urine. We were told that staff regularly clean and mop the play areas, but both times we felt the need to bathe her immediately upon arriving home because of the odor. I am currently waiting to speak with management and hope these concerns are taken seriously.

I came to find out it was the wife and she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I requested to book a tour and asked if my dogs could come. The tour: The tour went great! They took the time to make sure not to approach my dogs too hastily and towards the end, my husband and I felt comfortable leaving our dogs with them! We ended up booking and saw they had an amazing deal if we paid for a yearly membership, which helped give a discount to book the play room to have our 2 dogs stay in, along with a free walk for both of them (they typically potty outside and know not to potty inside). We booked the boarding for about 4 days and found out they partnered with a groomer! My dogs got the grooming and they LOVED It there. They really got comfortable playing with the other dogs and loved the owners. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!! Our dogs were happy, smelled fantastic (thanks groomers!), and weren't even that excited to see us when we came to pick them up (which I was a bit sad, but extremely happy because that meant they really enjoyed their stay!). Thank you Majesty Pet Hotels! If I ever go on vacation again, I know my dogs are well taken care of!!!

The first couple times we used Sitter4Paws we had a really great experience with the sitters that were assigned to our senior, diabetic cat. Last year, my mother unexpectedly passed away, and our regular cat sitter was unavailable for half of the trip home. We booked Sitter4Paws the second half of the trip, and let them know about the circumstances and requested sitters that had seen Jodie before so that we could rest easy during a very difficult time. Of course we know that can't always be accommodated due to scheduling, so for the first visit a new sitter came to see Jodie. On the evening of my mother's passing, we got a text from Sitter4Paws that the sitter felt he may have made a mistake with our cat's insulin dosage. It was revealed to us that instead of giving her her normal 2.25 unit dose, he gave her 22.5 units - ignoring the taped off/labeled syringes, our explicit written instructions in the app, and additional photos/diagrams of what a full syringe should look like. Thank god he realized his mistake, otherwise our cat would have slowly died alone in our apartment - and this would have happened immediately after losing my mom. I understand mistakes can happen, but the fact that a sitter was uncertain with potentially life-threatening medication if administered improperly and didn't even think to reach out to us first was quite shocking. Sitter4Paws took full responsibility, admitted their mistake, said they would take steps to make sure something like this would never happen again, and covered her 4 day ER stay, but it never should have gotten to that point. Again - we did have great sitters who took care of our cat wonderfully - but the uncertainty of who you can get especially with medication involved means that we can no longer recommend this service with confidence.
