She has that kind of thin , fine, hair that gets into your eyeballs. It itches and burns so bad you want to scratch them out with forks! I have Donna do an express groom on her. It takes an hour or so. It costs a little bit more, but Amber has Cystitis and we don't want her to get stressed out. Donna tells me she even likes her bath! I sit outside the shop, and watch as people bring their animals in. I am always amazed. All of them are wagging their tails and happy to go inside!!! Even the chihuahua wasn't shaking!!! They love the people there. They only accept cash. I don't know how their prices compare to other places, but they are the best as far as I'm concerned. They get two paws up from Amber

Over the years took him back several times and he was always so very happy to see his other family. Sad to say he passed away of old age. Several years passed and my granddaughter adopted a six year old Yorkie that had belonged to my sister-in-law who sadly passed away. Talk about best buddies. I did not experience good customer service at this business. My Dad has used this groomer for at…read moreleast one year, always delivering his pets at 8am.and, always picking them up when they are done. Since he was on vacation, I brought the dog to the groom. He called the groom in advance to advise her that I could not be there at 8am because I drop my kids off at school at a location 20 minutes from the groomers location. Upon my arrival, the door bell sounds. The groom was behind the private door. There is a squeaky toy on the counter to 'squeek' for service. I squeeked the toy. No groom came to the counter to greet me. I patiently waited. I could see through the crack in the door the groom answering text messages with her phone. Finally, she came to the desk. No good morning, no hello, no welcome to Shabby Chic. I said, good morning, I'm here to deliver a dog for her services. The groom looks at me, looks at the dog & states, 'You're late, her appointment was at 8am.' I explain that there must be a mistake as my dad called in advance to let her know that children need to be dropped off, so I would not be there at 8am. It all went downhill from there. This woman has a horrible attitude. Now maybe she's nice to my Dad... I don't know that, but she was rude to me. I was out of there! My point being, if you own a business, and obviously have a good customer, wouldn't you try to provide great customer service all the time? Not what you will find here...terrible customer service. I don't want to hear that you are backed up because you were on vacation & your assistant quit. I'll just bring the dog somewhere else.
