I love exploring consignment stores for vintage items and this is a very nice one located on Federal Hwy in Boca Raton. Metered parking is available on the side streets. Owned by Jeff and Rich and opened since 1996, the store is filled with furniture, art, and home goods. You can shop or place your items in good condition with them to sell. Everything was attractively arranged with clear prices. Some items were even on sale. My favorite finds this visit was a sweet rabbit porcelain box and a pineapple lamp. They had many beautiful pieces of furniture. Inventory changes often and if you don't see what you want, talk to them because they may be able to source it. I loved my visit here and I will be checking back again next time I am in the area. read more

I'm not quite sure why I loved this store, but I did. It immediately felt likeable, approachable, and appealing. I even liked the choice of background music. We lucked out by finding a parking spot on a side street just to the north. You may find yourself parking and walking a bit to get here. First off, the staff are personable, with the gift of gab, and down to earth. You will feel comfortable here. Although the items are lovely and whimsical and striking, you won't feel overwhelmed. You won't feel like you have to whisper or put on Boca airs. Each item is clearly tagged and price marked. Prices are very, very good. Every few steps, I found myself stopping to check out an item. A charming bronze of a young gal with a chair, a bamboo wind chime, an antique piece of furniture, a small knick knack that was hand painted, a beautifully framed picture, etc. I didn't buy anything here, today. But frankly, I wanted to buy a lot of things. That's very unusual for me. And that also says a lot about the attractive qualities of the items they are selling. read more

One of the premiere consignment shops in Boca Raton. Owners Jeff and Rich have a fine eye for what they accept into their shop. I know that from experience, having brought them many items for consignment over the years. They will only accept items which are in excellent to very good condition. Thus, no torn fabric, chipped porcelain, or "missing a lid" item. And they won't accept an item if it will not "move" (meaning sell) in their shop. The shop is packed, really tightly, from top to bottom, left to right, front to back, with merchandise. It spills out onto Federal Highway during the day. Once inside, take your time and look around, as you'll miss a lot of what is offered for sale if you just do a quick walk through. I've posted pictures to show the diversity and eclectic nature of the consigned items. It's a visually stimulating environment and you need time to allow everything to process in your brain. When you have an item for consignment, either Jeff or Rich, primarily Jeff, will Review whether they will accept it. They then attribute a sales price value to it, and then prepare a consignment agreement. The percent you will receive is 60% of the agreed upon value for 105 days. After the first 60 days if not sold, the agreed upon price is reduced 25%, and another reduction is taken at 90 days. After 105 days if the item doesn't sell, it's gone, donated to a non profit charity. So, hope your item sells within the first 60 days. Checks for any sales are issued promptly every month, I know that from experience. I've never purchased anything there, as I'm still in the mode of thinning out my own collection. I do know people who regularly review what's available to add to their own collection or to furnish their homes (see Albert's Review), and they love the shop. Jeff and Rich are really nice guys, warm and welcoming, always have time to chat, and their staff are pleasant and welcoming as well. Certainly worth checking out Coconuts if you have items to consign or are looking for something for your own home. read more

What a delightful hidden gem in Boca. At first glance the shop appears to be a disorganized mess, but once you take two steps into the place you realize the owners have meticulously organized everything into place like an exotic puzzle. With such a tiny shop, they have managed to tightly organize 5x5 ft sections into micro rooms, representative of a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, etc with perfectly curated items of very high quality and near perfect condition. It's a bit overwhelming and you need to take 5 or 6 rotations through this paradise to even start to appreciate what effort has been placed into a warm and comforting experience. No space had been left bare, the ceiling, walls and every corner holds treasures. I usually won't buy on a first visit, but not here. I left with a new kitchen table and chairs at half the price of the much larger consignment store just down the street. And a wonderful white leather ottoman to match an existing chair, the condition of which is perfect. A pair of beautiful lamps and an end table. I must commend the proprietor for keeping such a tight space of gently used items smelling like a very high end retail furniture store, fresh and slightly sweet, not over powering and definitely amenable to a great shopping experience. read more

Small shop, tightly packed with chintz and chochkies mixed with a decent piece hidden here and there. The prices are fairly moderate, however, even for the few things that aren't from 1967. The shop is a little too small and thinly populated with non-junk items to warrant serious inclusion in any hard-target searches...barely worth a browse, but the reasonable prices keep in from being 2-star. read more

Great store - reasonable prices and the stock moves quickly! They will hold up to a day or two but stuff goes very fast. While I was standing there debating another guy bought the two statues I was eyeing. sigh *! They offer 10% off the price on the tag (standard) they don't "haggle" which I like. We have bought several items from store and have used their guy for delivery.
