I had such a great experience getting my nails done at Posh Up! My nails turned out amazing, and the staff was super friendly and professional. I got acrylics on my hands and big toes, and while filing with the drill the lady kept DIGGING into my nail bed. I was literally flinching the entire time because it hurt so bad. I also kept asking for the acrylic to be thinner, but every time I asked they acted annoyed, so eventually I just gave up. The nails ended up super thick and bulky anyway. I asked for a milky white color on both hands and feet and somehow left with NEON white instead... and by the second day they were already turning yellow. Then the payment situation annoyed me even more. I paid for my manicure and pedicure separately on two different cards. When I walked in, they told me the toes (INCLUDING acrylics on the big toes) would be $30, but when it was time to pay it suddenly became $40. At that point I was already over it, so I just said okay. For the first payment (manicure), I told them to add a $5 tip. Honestly I didn't even want to tip because the work was SO bad, but I was still trying to be nice and leave both ladies $5 each. Somehow she added $10 instead of $5 without even asking me to the pedicure charge. The experience and the work were both so disappointing that I didn't even want to go back and have them fix anything. BY THE WAY I literally got the nastiest little infection on the side of my nail where she cut me..... I got my nails done April 21st! It is now may 11th and this is the nail now (notice how the acrylic is off? I was too embarrassed to go to another salon to take it off so I had to do it myself)
