I've booked a pedicure here twice here through ClassPass and both times, my reservation was cancelled within the hour-30mins before the appointment. So I arrived here both times, walked in, and was told they cancelled on me. Really unprofessional, unreliable and messy. The first time this happened, the worker was really apologetic and came out to tell me she had a cancellation in an hour and to come back. So I did and the pedicure was great and decided to give them a second chance. However being cancelled on twice now is just too unprofessional and unorganized within the limited time frame (less than an hour before the appointment each time). It made me really mad today when it happened again and I said I just checked my class pass 40 mins before (leaving lunch) and it was still there, and the worker said "I cancelled it hours ago". I checked my email and she cancelled it 35 mins beforehand... just so unprofessional and a LIAR. I told her I checked my ClassPass like 40 mins before arriving and it was still on and she was lying saying she cancelled it hours ago, but I showed her how she cancelled it only 35 mins ago when I was already on my way. I hate liars and lying businesses. Wasted my gas and time. I don't know if they are just trying to prioritize appointments not taken from ClassPass, but still really inexcusable and unprofessional. Businesses like this should be penalized on ClassPass for repeatedly cancelling customers last minute like this. This business needs to get organized and I will not be back this time. read more

The owner and her staff are always accommodating and though they occasionally run behind - it's worth the guaranteed results . Got a gel pedicure for $55 this usually includes the sugar scrub and the little 5 minute massage with hotel towel (know this as I've come to this place a couple of times). However none of this happened today - all that was done was - remove my current gel polish and applying the new one thickly. Which hey that's totally cool, but not what I've paid and gotten in the past (& mentioned on their menu they have up at the front) Unfortunately , will have to switch to a different spot as this place is not consistent with the work/services offered. My fiancé and I came in for the first time a few weeks ago. I got a Mani + Pedi & he got a Pedi. We got the hot stone upgrade and it was great!!! 3 weeks later and my Gel Manicure is holding up!! I tried to call multiple times (today 10/20/24) for an appointment with no answer. I live right up the road so I decided to just walk-in instead. It was closed!! Posh Up Nails is a relatively new spot in the neighborhood and based on the reviews here, I figured I would give it a try. I called on a Sunday morning to make appointments for my wife and I. Naya works there by herself and could not be nicer. She was wrapping up the client in front of us when we walked in, but she smiled warmly and let us know she would be right with us. Once she did get started on us the magic began! Naya offered and provided us with complementary drinks (I recommend the chamomile tea!) and treated us to a wonderful experience. I treated myself to the green tea pedicure and it was heaven! My wife is also very happy with her mani/pedi. Highly recommend Naya and Posh Up Nails! Please support this local small business!
