Had taken my car to get fixed a few blocks away and figured I should go and get my nails done while waiting on the car. I searched online for nearby nail salons and this place was one of 3 close by. I walked over to check it out. It's a neighborhood salon on Robertson Blvd close to Helms and other shops in Culver City. Nothing over the top just clean and fresh and great staff. I was the first customer of the day and was greeted by the owner Kaplan who also did my nails. I opted for "cat eye" style acrylic set. He was very thorough and friendly and my nails came out perfect Since I usually do my own nails (since covid when everything was closed!) , Im very picky about my nails and how I want the shape. Kaplan did an excellent job!! I will definitely come back when I don't feel in the mood or have time to sit for hrs and do it myself lol. Definitely recommend this place, and Im sure they all do a great job! Price was fair too for the excellent job done! read more

Very small place very intimate and is as what you expect for a salon. They had availability the day of and it was easy to get to. Kaplan looks to be the one running the place as he was the one who spoke to us when I paid and was very kind. Our nail tech's were Kevin & Tuen. Both were very efficient and were very detailed with our pedicures. Kevin gave me an amazing foot & toe adjustment, definitely caught me offguard, but I probably needed it since we both laughed from all the popping sounds that were made from it. (I've learned colours tend to be different than the swatches, likely bc we have different nail bed colours?) - Very clean place - I saw them use new tools - No different pedicure/manicure option sets BUT the pedicure I got came w callus removal, a massage, & an amazing orange scrub that felt divine - the manicure came w a massage. Amaaazing - great value, brilliant work Detailed review: Alice did my bio gel manicure - she said dipping powder would just look chunky on my very short nails (I have to keep them short for my work at the hospital) so we went with bio gel which increased my colour options by tenfold & is strengthening :) Lucy did my pedicure. The pedicure was very detailed. I would say this is the best callus removal I've ever had (I work out regularly outdoors & am on my feet all day). $50 for bio gel manicure $50 for gel pedicure $10 for colour removal (I had gel pieces on my nails) read more

I honestly went here because it was close to my apt. I would probably go back for hands to give it another try with Kaplan. He helped to finish my set but my the person who did my toes was not good. It was not well at all. It is chunky, chipped, and didn't color the full edges. My mani was a gel x with a pretty simple design but I didn't feel like they had a lot of design sets or styles tbh. The original girl helping on my mani also burned me a bit with the tool that was filing down the gel x nail on top of my real nail. Also the bow on my mani was already chipped and I wish they checked this in the future before asking me to put my hands in the uv ray machine to seal. I just got these done about an hour ago too. read more

My first visit here was great! I got a gel pedi with chrome pink and the lady did it so well that I was sure this was gonna be my new pedi spot. However, I came back today for a regular pedi and my experience was the total opposite lol The guy that did my toes was so rough with the e-file, the shape of my toenails are all different shapes & they were cut so short. The paint job wasn't great neither and two of my cuticles bled because he was using the efile to remove the gel polish around it One good thing was that the massage was good! I made an appointment for 1PM and I was taken care of by Jay for my mani/pedi. She worked efficiently and carefully which I really appreciated. Originally, Nini was supposed to do my manicure but she had come in a little later so Jay prepped my nails (removed my original gel polish, cuticle removal, shaped, and applied the base polish). Nini took over at the end to apply the flowers and gems. They were so sweet and attentive, I wish I had known about this place sooner! In total, the pedicure was $45 (included callus removal) and the manicure was $95 (because of the jelly polish, designs per finger, and gem stones). Really recommend Jay and Nini :) read more
