The prices were kinda all over the place. I got a French gel pedi. On one hand, there is an updated price list on yelp stories that's more than what's actually charged. On the other, there's an outdated price list which is understandable posted on yelp photos from a little less than a year ago. I mentioned it to somebody working there, and the conversation went absolutely nowhere. Either way, I'll opt for the spot that may have these kinda prices, but at least offer you beverages. Cassie is THAT girl, followed her from the lash salon she worked at and will continue to stick her. I get one color short almond builder gel every 2-3 weeks, and she always pulls through. She is so kind, detail-oriented, and wants you to walk out with the perfect nails. She is always on time, no unpredictable wait times unlike many salons which is key for me!!! She also cuts cuticles, included in the builder gel manicure, which is so rare nowadays. Unlike most techs who look annoyed at you for asking for slight tweaks on shape, application, etc, Cassie is genuinely happy to make any fixes for you and never makes you feel bad at all. She never never rushes your service, and she's so fun to talk to. She's just such a cool and sweet person. Lastly, she is consistent, every time, I walk out with great nails; consistency is rare. I came to this salon for a manicure and pedicure, and overall I had a pleasant experience while I was there. The gentleman who did my pedicure, Bo, did a wonderful job. He took his time, paid attention to detail, and I was very satisfied with the results. I was asked if I wanted to have my manicure done at the same time as my pedicure to speed things up. I was fine either way, so they assigned another technician to do my manicure. Unfortunately, my experience with the manicure was not as positive. The technician seemed to be rushing, and the French tip was not done properly. In addition, there was black lint embedded in several of my nails from a towel, and instead of removing it, she left it there. After leaving the salon and getting a better look at my nails, I called back about 20 minutes later to explain that the manicure had not been done correctly and that there was noticeable lint in my nails. The owner, Monica, answered the phone and immediately had an attitude. She was rude and told me to call back once I knew what I wanted, even though I was simply asking what could be done to fix the issue. Mario later reached out to me via text and refunded the cost of my manicure, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the way I was spoken to when I called with a legitimate concern. While I was happy with my pedicure, the poor customer service I received afterward has left a negative impression, and I do not plan on returning. read more

I made an appointment for a mani-pedi with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. We received great service and were very pleased with our nails (both regular polish and gel). The place is very clean and sanitary and the furniture is new and very comfortable - if I had gone by myself I might have relaxed enough for a nap! My only note is that there were only two manicurists working so several later appointments had to wait until one of the ladies was available for service. All in all a pleasant experience and I hope they thrive in the neighborhood! read more

Literally the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I booked a nail appointment with them on the phone several days ahead of time, when I got there, nobody was there to greet me and I was barely acknowledged. There were 3 people working there and all of them pretended to not see me. Then I found out that my nail technician was one of them and she was still doing pedicure for another customer. I ask her how long the wait was, she said 5 minutes. 12 minutes passed and she barely even spoke to me or apologized. I ended up walking out and got my nails done at a different salon. I came in with a simple french tip design plus a pedicure and was assigned a manicurist that only spoke Spanish (there were only three manicurist, I am not sure if they are all licensed but the decision of who was even doing my nails was a bit awkward). My design was a milky white base (which one of the manicurist created using white and clear acrylic powder). She prepped my nails (did not clean under my nail beds), placed c-curve tips on my nails (the design was a very crispy square but she assured the other manicurist that asked her in Spanish if she could do the design that she knew exactly how). It was hard for me to communicate with her since I don't speak Spanish. She applied the acrylic very watery which made the nails pretty thin and wasted a lot of time, even though there is little to no apex. She also let a lot of acrylic overrun on my skin that I had to peel off since the beads were so watery. Once she got to shaping, I showed her the picture again and she began to shape one hand. I didn't have too much visibility of the hand while shaping. Once I saw the hand she was done shaping, I asked the manicurist that was next to us to let her know that the shape she gave me was more like coffin for a design that was a crisp square. She translated and they changed my manicurist to try to fix the shape but it was ultimately too late and too thin to get the design I asked for. I came in around 2:15, and I left at 5pm without a design, without a pedicure and with a base that I wasn't happy with. The receptionist helping during the weekend is super sweet though. read more
