Not really much on customer service, I went in with my fiance to inquire about wedding arrangements and it was just awkward, I had all 4 employees just stare at me while I'm asking a question, and I tell her the date (which is 7 months from now) and without even asking me what I need she immediately says she's not available...first of all I only needed two bouquets and two ceremony arrangements and secondly I just didnt like how one of the employees just responded with "can you come back, were busy" if this is how they treat their customers then I'm glad to not be doing business with them. read more
