Rainbow Limos was highly recommended by a friend and prices seemed quite comparable to other private transport. They picked us up at the Naples train station and drove us to Positano with a stop for a prearranged private tour (that they set up) of Pompeii, then at the end of our stay picked us up at our hotel and took us to Naples airport. If you have the budget I would highly recommend the guided Pompeii tour - I think we got a lot more out of it than if we had been wandering around on our own. They were efficient in communication ahead of time, very clear on details and prices via email, on time/ahead of time for pick ups, and we felt very safe with them. They were extremely kind when our train from Rome was delayed and helped make sure our private Pompeii tour could still happen. Would absolutely use them again!

So arriving at Naples Airport at a late hour at night, with a group of 12 adults needing to get to Positano, we had our doubts and concerns loudly voiced by many members of our travel group. Although all of those doubts were hushed with an audible Sigh of Relief and Joy when we came through the Custom's Door. There with a warm personality and a willingness to assist in any way, was Luigi! He helped us load all of our Luggage, which was no easy feat in itself considering some of our group doesn't travel lightly. He ushered us onto the extremely comfortable and new feeling Mercedes Shuttle Bus. He offered us complimentary water to refresh these weary travelers, and cranked up the tunes when our favorite songs came on. Then he masterfully curved and glided us along the winds and bends of the Amalfi Coast. We were so excited to see that he was our Driver for the return trip to Naples as we would make our next leg of the Journey to Rome. Little did we know the Pope had just made his rounds through Naples, so the entire city was Shut Down. The Train we planned on catching to Rome was completely sold out along with the next several trains after it. Not to worry though with one quick phone call, Luigi was back to save us, and he gladly drove us all the way to Rome directly to our Hotel Door from Naples. Simply amazing that he just added 6 hours(3 each way) to a night he probably didn't plan on driving after dropping us off. We were driven from Rome to Pompei to Naples to the hometown of five of us (two families) - Ottati & Castelcivita - back to Naples and then to Rome. We had two drivers: Rocco, who handled the Rome, Naples & Pompeii trips; and Umberto, who drove us from Naples to Ottati & Castelcivita. Both men were professional, charming and friendly, as if your Italian relatives were driving you. Umberto became somewhat of a legend on that trip, since he took us to the towns our families came from and became our interpreter. And oh... Umberto is the father of Giovanni, who runs Benvenuto Limos. (We sent a video to them as a thank you.) This August at the last minute (well, for me at least, during June) after much urging by my wife and the people of Ottati I attended the 75th Anniversary of the opening of town's aqueduct. Fundraising was done by my great uncle and others in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, my hometown, as well by a group in Pennsylvania. There was no way I was driving two hours up the mountains. My wife told me to call Giovanni and Benvenuto and guess who picked me up in Naples? Umberto! And he picked me up a couple of days later to take me back to Naples. We did a lot of research and ended up with Sorrento FIrst Choice for our tour. It is not the biggest company but they bend over backwards (not literally) to give you want you want. I mean, you pick the exact itinery, or you tell them what you like and they come up with something, and you can change it on the fly. Every place they suggested to us was excellent, and most coincided with my personal research into the area. The vehicle was roomy, new, clean, and comfortable with excellent views out of the windows. The driver, Stephanie, spoke English so well I could actually understand her without straining, and seemed to know just about everything. She kept up a running commentary most of the time which was like an audio guide without having to wear headsets. The price was a bit on the low side too in an area where full day private tours usually run about $400. Note: I am not connected with the company in any way; just had a good time on our tour.

One of the bigger things that made this a great experience is their driving. Compared to a city Bus this was %100 nicer and we did not feel that we were going to die.
