Do not go to Positive Edge if you are on Medicare. No one is willing to take the time to deal with Medicare. I had an issue with getting Medicare to pay. Was told by Medicare that Positive Edge had to call them + give them more info. When I told this to Positive Edge, I was told, by Niccole, "I do not have time to deal with Medicare." I no longer use Positive Edge for chiropractic, because they wouldn't help me. It got to be too expensive without Medicare kicking in. When Medicare won't pay, neither will supplemental insurance. A couple of months ago I suffered minor injuries to my neck and back from a nasty car accident. Initially I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor because I had never been to one, but after speaking with Dr. Mike and Dr. Niccole, I was confident that they would be able to help me out with the issues I was having and they made me feel very comfortable about the treatments I would be receiving.
