She was doing a DHL shipment for a customer in front of us that was taking a while, but the owner kept acknowledging us and explained the international shipping takes a bit longer than regular shipping. These people work here and deal with Amazon returns all day long and am pretty sure they know the rules for each return. I'm including the actual return instructions with this response for anyone who may be unfamiliar with how the different Amazon return options work. Hopefully, this helps clarify the difference between "no box needed" and a return that requires the customer to have the item boxed and sealed.
