I placed my order 5 weeks ago & the money was taken out of my account right away, but I never received a tracking number which I thought was a little weird, but I decided to wait. After two weeks, I called & I was told they were a little behind schedule. I have called 3 times asking for an update and nothing. I wrote an email as well and still nothing. Went in for the first time and was absolutely blown away, not only did they offer the absolute best goods in skateboarding, but also a really cool place to hang out. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I made a purchase for a pair of dunks in July and my card was charged immediately. After receiving confirmation, the shoes never shipped. When I kindly wrote my first email to them 3 weeks later wondering where my order was, I was ignored. After another week goes by, I kindly write another email which was also ignored. Finally, after a 3rd attempt to get in contact with them, the only response I get is "I'll get it handled." Of course it was never handled. On the 4th attempt to contact them, they said they would refund me and asked what the total of my order was and if I accept Venmo. I asked them to kindly send over the money multiple times and yet here we are over 2 months after my card being charged with no refund. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
