The workers are all so lazy, rude, and no human emotions except when they're being condescending. I was in line and I've noticed the workers spoke in a condescending way to several customers. Most of them for very simple things like didnt have tape on their package or asked where the passport area is. Rule of thumb is to make sure your packages are taped because apparently it's extremely offensive for them to use their own tape. Like I've never heard of such thing.... This location has to be the worst of the worst.

They avoided and hidden evidence that their employees are the thief. Refuse to provide updates or information that I have requested. The internal investigations are being ignored and superiors are not being contacted to correct their mistakes. No help and no actions or refunds for their mistakes. I am expected to just forget about it and accept being robbed. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT USPS OFFICE as they will steal whatever they want.

That is not the reason for my rating though, as you can see from the photos trash was overflowing from every bin in the building. They are open Friday up until the evening so there's no reason the trash should have been this full in less than one full day. It is shameful, this is a federal building and even though people that utilize it tried to do the right thing by throwing things away and their proper receptacles, they couldn't. Either put more bins in the building or clean the trash out on Friday evening.

I love that it is often a low cost or free service depending on what I'm returning and I can know with certainty that it will get to it's destination in a reasonable time.
