This location wasn't the worst but not the best. When you arrive you cant tell if they are open or closed, you have to guess where is the entrance. Once you figure that out and you get in the staff was trying their best to provide a great customer experience. But i concur with most of my fellow yelpers reviews. read more

This USPS location is an unfortunate failure. Even after scheduling a service reservation online and confirming the reservation, I was called an hour before the service reservation time with a cancellation. Add to this that it would take at least an hour every time to stop in and mail a package or letter, or buy postage. Postmaster, please get on top of this location and make the post office more efficient again. read more

I go to this particular location for convenience ONLY. Granted, I prefer to do all online through USPS rather than visit the post office. Sometimes, the option doesn't exist. For example, when a package needs to be shipped at the last minute on a Saturday. There is one entrance and one exit and these are on opposite streets. The only benefit is it's easy to do drop off if one only has mail. Unfortunately, the drop off boxes don't allow space for anything larger than an envelope. This can be inconvenient especially when the interior drop box is full. Yes, this happens often. The clerks at this location are sometimes chipper yet sometimes have the Bon Qui Qui "I will cut you" attitude. In all fairness, I'd probably share in this sentiment as I've seen what they deal with. The supplies are well organized and the lobby where the post boxes are located is spacious. Finally, do yourself a favor and adhere to the no cell phone rule or you'll receive the Bon Qui Qui treatment. ;) read more

I've been to other post offices and this one is just garbage all around. They never answer their calls. They lied to me about rerouting my packages and they didn't even call me for a whole month to let me know that they didn't even reroute it. I opened a service request to have them reroute it & 3 days later they said they would. Then on may 13 they called saying they're not going to because there's nothing to forward. So nice, thanks for making me wait a whole month for no reason. Lazies. read more

Typical-run incompetent post office. I ordered a 3 month po box and after 2 months wondered why I hadn't recieved 1 piece if mail. Why??! Well, because it was NEVER opened! That's right some moron, filled out the application, i paid the fee, recieved a mailbox key but they never opened the box from their end for me to start receiving mail. So that means all my bank correspondence that I had to have mailed to my po box was not delivered. Business checks, business credit/debit cards, etc. All was sent back to the bank because of the incompetence if these people. I had to go back to my bank and have everything re-issued... As usual the day of hell with the Postal Service. The lady here was nice but this was my second post office I went to. Apparently if it's not your local post office they can't do anything at all for you. This is my local post office and I receive something that's shattered. Figured I'd mention that our local post man from this office sleeps in the clubhouse of our community for an hour every day and the other one put our stuff in the rain when there's a designated spot indoors. Pretty much the moral of the story is if you don't pay extra and just send things normal Mail with them they could give a crap if it breaks or not. They pretty much told me tough luck. This is such an unprofessional place. Our apartment complex has us get our mailbox keys directly from them and it's still been over a month without my mail. This should be illegal and I may have to check into that. The lady at the counter warned me about this slow process after I paid them my $25 dollar fee to access my own mail. She gave me a number to call and all it does is just ring. Here at the apartment, sometimes they'll deliver my packages and even then I was met with an attitude by a mail carrier. Just seems like management is poor here. read more

I am in the process of filing a formal complaint!! Some of the staff are NOT honest people- at this P. O. I have a matter I need resolved ( such as $200.00) and was spoken to in a loud voice in the actual post office area-where others could hear. I was told a taped was reviewed and indicated a male postal worker assisted me at the time of my transaction . Today, I was given incorrect information. A female postal worker assisted me!! I did not want to argue in a public place; and it's not about the money. It's about being fair and honest. And treating your customers with respect! I will file a complaint!! read more

Possibly the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Usually there is only 1 employee working, regardless of the numerous people waiting in line. On the rare occasions that there are 2 employees working, they will randomly disappear from their station, whether people are waiting in line and/or there is someone they are currently helping. Don't even try asking for help with getting a box or a label printed because it'll take them the time that they could be helping 3 other customers just to fulfill 1's simple request of something as basic as checking for a box size. To make matters worse, they never just help a customer, they take the time to lecture the custom tees about irrelevant or obvious things when it comes to shipping packages, that the customers never ask for. For those giving this post office a 1-star review, you must not have much experience with very many post offices because this one is far superior to any I have been to in FTL, Miami, or when I lived in Denver. it's ridiculous.... the post office is locking their doors to prevent homeless people from coming in after business hours and weekends, you guys are also preventing the working people from checking their po box after business hours as well. it's an inconvenience to the ones who work 9-5 and are not able to come during those hours to check their box. something needs to be done about this. the doors use to be unlocked 24 hours so people can check their box at any time. now it's becoming a big issue especially for citizens who are expecting mail and not able to access the po boxes because you guys are locking the doors. read more

Visited on 7/19/16 for a new passport application. They could not have been nicer. Everything went incredibly smoothly. I spoke with three people at this location and all were great. Too bad Yelp made me give a star. This location has stolen at least two of my family's packages. (If you have been stolen from by the workers at USPS on Clematis, please write your on this Yelp page. In today's society, it's one of the few ways we have to change things.) The first package, being a laptop, was worthwhile to claim for insurance purposes. The second package, which had a lot more sentimental value than monetary, wasn't. The second theft, a package containing a Swatch watch I had sent from Switzerland to my mother for Mother's Day, arrived to my mom with a hole on the side. The postal service thieves had ripped a hole big enough only to pry out the watch case. Of course, they took out the watch, but then astonishingly, put the watch cash back inside empty WITH a pair of earrings they had stolen from somebody else's package. They either felt guilty about stealing the watch and wanted to balance out my package or, more likely, they were stealing from so many packages that they forgot what non-desirable items went in what (the earrings were not expensive looking). When my mother tried to approach the manager about the theft, he acted SHOCKED and UPSET that my mother would DREAM of suggesting such a thing. He pushed her away in a disgusted tone of voice. He said that it would have to be dealt with only via the postal insurance in Switzerland (where I live and the origin of the package). He said the theft probably came from there. The funny thing about this is that the earring package is only in English and says Made in USA; Switzerland, a country that has three official languages, doesn't have English as one of their languages. Later, my mom tried to call USPS and was put on hold for 30 minutes listening to a repeating recording about how USPS always finds your package and never steals from you. I'm suuuuuuuuuuure loving this branch of USPS. Definitely, I will not be sending anymore presents to the USA. read more
