I was fortunate to get a parking spot right in front of the post office. All I had was one postage stamp envelope to mail out. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it might take a while, but I was determined to get it done. There were multiple people behind the counter, but only one person was actively helping customers at a time. Initially, a woman was assisting, and then a man took over. By that point, there were about seven people in front of me. When I finally reached the counter, I had a few questions since I do not ship items often. I thought my label was already printed, but it actually needed to be written out. I was told to go back to the end of the line. Thankfully, the line was much shorter the second time, so it did not take too long. However, when I returned to the counter, the employee assisting me was rude, which was disappointing. I also noticed the employees being rude to one another while working. I understand that disagreements happen, but it did not feel professional to handle them that way in front of customers. Overall, it was not the worst experience, but it definitely could have been better.

I love that it is convenient and I can walk here. It's a hidden gem in back of the Coral Ridge Mall but with plenty of parking. It's also a Pokémon Go gym stop LOL. It's small and only has maybe 1-2 windows open at any time. The staff are friendly, personable and efficient. They really keep the line moving, and still make it seem like you're an actual customer. It's almost enjoyable (which says a lot). This location is actually one of the few USPS "Finance Units" whatever that means, and the website doesn't explain it at all...except that these stations are limited by regulations to 3 staff at any time in the front or back. So don't blame the staff if they seem short-handed. My "real" station is over in Oakland Park in a different zip code, and it won't get close to 5 stars.
