I hired Elite Structural Solutions to do subterranean waterproofing and french drains for a…read morehillside property I owned in Rolling Hills Estates in November of 2025. Waterproofing was found to be necessary during the sale of the property through the Buyer's home inspection. Andrew and his team were amazing and worked very quickly through multiple days in heavy rain. They helped me meet a very shortened completion timeline I had and went above and beyond the scope of work in the contract by putting on a more expensive product than the contract called for and putting on an extra coat of waterproofing to get an extended 15 year warranty from the manufacturer. I obtained bids from 4 different waterproofing and foundation contractors for the job and Elite Structural was the cheapest of the 4 and also did not charge anything to bid the project. Andrew was very communicative and sent pictures through each phase of the process. In the end they left the job site cleaner than they found it, pressure washed the entire area and painted areas that needed touching up from the excavation process. I will be using Andrew and his team for any future projects and highly recommend them if you are in need of an expert in this niche field that won't take advantage of you and will truly go out of their way to help.

This company was hired to complete a copper repiping project at our apartment complex, and…read moreunfortunately, the quality of the work and the overall care taken inside the units were very poor. Management provided residents with notices informing us when the work would be performed, which was appreciated. However, the project required workers to enter and exit the units throughout the day for approximately two consecutive weeks. During this time, workers repeatedly entered the units wearing their work boots, tracking dirt and debris across the floors. Although a tarp was placed near the doorway leading into one of the rooms, the tarp itself was extremely dirty and did not adequately cover the areas where workers were walking and performing their work for example carpets and around kitchen area! While the workers made some attempts to clean up before leaving, the units were still left dirty. I personally witnessed a worker cleaning the floor and then dumping the dirty cleaning water into my bathtub and kitchen sink, which I found extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. There were also several concerns regarding how the unit was left during the work. Workers would leave the front door and balcony door wide open while performing repairs. They also created additional holes in the walls, failed to properly close these openings, and left portions of the walls completely exposed for extended periods during the project without adequately covering or securing them. Left dirty fingerprints on the ceiling and walls. Overall, the workmanship, cleanliness, and care taken while working inside occupied residences were unacceptable. Residents should not have to deal with excessive dirt, unsanitary cleanup practices, unsecured doors, and unfinished or exposed walls for extended periods while work is being performed inside their homes. I have included photographs showing the condition in which the work was left as of today. These photographs document the quality of the work and the condition of the unit following the workers' departure.

We hired OConsulting because we wanted to remodel our kitchen, laundry room and living room. Our…read moreremodel design included removing (2) walls and adding (2) windows in the kitchen, expanding the laundry room, and raising a sunken conversation pit in the living room. Upon initial contact we emailed details of our project and then had a video conference with Fredy and Nanak to discuss the project in more detail along with their services. A contract for the work was issued and signed and Fredy came out for a site visit to begin. Structural and mechanical engineered plans were then developed with a set of preliminary drawings for our review. We discussed a few adjustments we wanted to be made to the design and then finalized the design details. A stamped set of mechanical and structural engineered plans were issued and submitted to the city via OConsulting on our behalf for the city's review and approval. The engineering and plans were so well done that the only request the city had were minor verbiage to be added to the front page of the plans indicating wind speed of the area, that the property is within an HOA and that no oil drilling is located on the property. With the addition of the specified verbiage to the plans the city then approved the stamped set of plans and the building permit was successfully issued. Our experience with Fredy and Nanak at OConsulting was a pleasant experience. Both Fredy and Nanak were personally a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our questions, listened well to our design goals and vision, were attentive to our project and because of their highly skilled knowledge and skillset they made it possible for us to proceed with beginning construction on our remodel. We laid out what we wanted and Fredy told us what we could and couldn't do. He told us he could have the plans done pretty quickly and we were happy with how it was going until.. We wanted to add a skylight and asked Fredy about it. He quickly said we couldn't and gave no real explanation why. So we did a little research, asked another engineer and found out it was possible. When we called to ask Fredy about it he YELLED AT MY WIFE and basic said not to question him. It seemed Fredy didn't want to do the extra work to look into it. He ended up adding it after I had another conversation with him. It's not over.. Once we finally get the plans and turn them into the City for review they get sent back to us. FREDY MESSED UP NORTH AND SOUTH! It then took him over 2 weeks to correct it! THIS COST US OVER 10K DOLLARS because the project was held up and we had to keep paying the mortgage FREDY MESSED UP OUR PLANS 2 MORE TIMES AND COST US OVER 20K DOLLARS IN MORTGAGE PAYMENTS AND MONTHS OF IDLE TIME Please don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. If you are in the market for a good, timely and competent engineer I suggest you look elsewhere.
