They seem to always be having a bad day. I try to be positive and polite when conducting business with them but their defenses are up so high, they are always so dry and short with you. This last visit I needed help tracking a package that said they attempted delivery but it was a package I was shipping to someone in another state. I was trying to explain the mixup to the window lady and she was deaf to listening to anything but trying to tell me there wasn't a package here for me. I kept telling her "I know and there shouldn't be" because I shipped a parcel to someone. She was not trying to understand the problem. She put me to the side and started helping others. I walked inside to ask for a complaint for. I was writing a letter on her non helpful rude attitude. All I wanted was for her to listen to what I was saying so we could find a solution. I ended up speaking to the post office manager who was very nice and actually listened and shortly thereafter my problem was resolved with my tracking issue.

Today I had worst experiences here…read more Because it's Saturday, many USPS locations were closed, so I drove about 30 minutes to this location since it was one of the few showing as open. I was dropping off around 100 packages, and after I had already unloaded about half of them, a white female employee came up to me and aggressively questioned why I was there. I explained that other USPS locations were closed, but she insisted that other locations were open. I asked her, "If other locations were open, why would I drive 30 minutes to come here?" Instead of helping, she threatened me and said that if I didn't remove my packages immediately, she would throw them away as trash. She even called her supervisor to ask whether other USPS locations were open, and somehow the supervisor claimed they were. Honestly, I have no idea how someone with that level of incompetence becomes a supervisor. In the end, I was forced to take every single package back out one by one after already unloading them, completely wasting my time and effort. Now I have to wait until Monday to go back to my regular USPS location. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful. Absolutely terrible customer service and one of the worst USPS experiences I've ever had.

Came there twice one morning because of the false hours. Even if the hours are adjusted due to Covid-19, they need to specify that on their door. This has happened on multiple occasions, which has been an inconvenient to my mornings. By the time I made a second trip out there around 10am, I had asked the clerk or whatever you call her, what time is the store open. Before I could even finished what I needed to ask, she jumped at my throat, "3 o'clock, 3 o'clock is when pick time is! Is that what you were asking or what?" Gave her a death stare and said, "No, what time are you guys open?" she said "Oh, 9am-7pm M-F." Great, well maybe next time change the sign, and wait until someone finishes what they need to ask before interrupting. One of my biggest pet peeves is interrupting someone mid sentence. It's rude and disrespectful!

But this last time I visited there was an older gentleman working there that was the complete the opposite. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, the place was very busy at that time. Once it was my turn I told the gentleman I had packages to drop off (they were already boxed and had postage). He very rudely raised his voice angrily telling me he already has too many packages there and he can not take anymore. This is the first I've ever heard of a postal store having a LIMIT on packages they except. He acted like I asked him to personal deliver my packages!! If there was a limit PUT A SIGN UP!! Don't start yelling at your PAYING CUSTOMERS!! Just because I was only dropping things off that day does not mean that in the past I haven't been in giving you business.... There is a descent way of talking to your customers and this SIR was not it. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere. Amazingly, other postal stores are happy to see customers walking in to their establishment during these hard times.

Like all post offices you may have to wait in line but my waits have never been more than 5 minutes and like I said they have been friendly and professional. They also have a self service machine in the lobby. The only complaint is that they have had problems over the past several years with thieves stealing the large outdoor mail box with its own drive thru lane. That's sad and it's too bad that the bad guys get away with that. It amazes me that people would steal a mail box especially the extra large ones that have been outside here. Currently there is no box so you have to walk inside to mail something.
