I've been meaning to show my appreciation to the staff at this location, I'm late, but I'm here now This is literally my office‼ Mailbox services, packages delivered, fax - send/receive, notary, passport photos, etc.. .I can email them from home and when I arrive, I always get greeted personally and services performed are always TOP NOTCH They do have busy spurts, but when service is great, everyone comes. I've worked in retail for over 30 years.. . At times it was challenging for me to keep a cheerful countenance.. . Excellent service. This location was populated under the Applicant Services website for Live Scan fingerprinting. Staff was professional and provided extra precaution during Live Scan procedure per pandemic protocol. Would recommend this location for fingerprinting requirements. read more

This place is always understaffed and the people that work there are usually rude and overwhelmed. I want to start my review by countering some of the negative reviews blaming this location for markups and expensive shipping costs. THEY DON'T CONTROL THESE COSTS. They are set by FedEx, UPS, and USPS and can change daily due to fuel and other costs. If you're going to give this place a bad review, it should be about their service, cleanliness, things they control. On that note, these ladies have never been anything but wonderful, and I've never been more than third in line in the last two years. I come here to ship all over the world several times a week, and they make the experience quick and friendly. If you love waiting in long lines full of frustrated people, by all means go to another location. I want to start with the ladies that work at this location have always been very nice and polite. The owner on the other hand is always rude. Recently he stopped allowing regular mail to be dropped off there unless you rent one of his overpriced P.O. Boxes. You should not be listed as a usps provider if your not going to provide the service. read more

Even though PA+ rates are typically higher than doing business at the post office, I still find myself coming back to this location and Shana is always so patient, helpful and just overall helps to create a easy and stress-free experience whenever I'm coming in with stuff to ship. I came by this store to print and mail a package. The lady working at the counter was friendly yet seemed a little overwhelmed with all the customers there as she was the only employee present. The store has cute, fun, unique gifts / items for sale. I'd like to go back when I have some extra funds to purchase some of the cool findings there. They open early which is great so I'll be back as I tend to need to print documents often for my custody case. Early hours are helpful since I have two little ones and it's best to go places before they are awake. Some print shops don't open until after 9:00 or 10:00. read more

This is a response to a previous post. They told us that they do not save or forward mail! We Kept mailbox for 3 months after we moved to make sure we did all address changes. If we told that we could check back to make sure we got all mail we would have done it. Now I would not recommend this business at all. read more

Convenient location, but they gouge you on shipping rates. Shipped a 3lb 1oz package, which was rounded up to four pounds. The shipping rate on the FedEx website was $18, at this store, it was $28. Wow...I wish I could markup my prices that much. I understand this is a mom-and-pop location, but that is a pretty high markup. I will only use them for drop off for now on. read more

Came to mail some birth announcements, and they tried to charge me more than double the normal rate for the ones going internationally, and the stamps for domestic first class had a 300% markup... I'll just go to the post office and pay the normal price. They told me they charged "retail" prices. I didn't know you could charge above the set price for no additional services. If you're shipping, just go to the USPS/ups/fed ex office. read more

Offers USPS, Fedex, UPS. Not sure if there is any mark-up on the private companies (UPS, Fedex), but there is definitely a very significant mark-up for USPS services. I expect a mark-up from retail stores that offer USPS services, but just not to this degree: instead of $19.99 for overnight letter, this place charges $34.95(!!!!). Most places that do this will tell you that it's cheaper to go to the actual post office and admit they mark-up as an independent retailer. This place acted like that's the usual going rate. Sometimes I will pay more for the convenience of getting USPS services nearby and appreciate the honesty of the store owner. Also, I try to support local businesses. But here, it was just too much of a rip-off. Xerox copy also overpriced at 22 cents for one side. read more

Hmmm i got overcharged for shipping a package... It was a couple ounce over but they conveniently round off to the next lb and it was extra 10-15 bucks i had to pay. Just disgusting. It is best to goto US postal services so you don't get overcharged like this FYI. read more

Came in to have business paperwork notarized by Cindy, paid the $10 for the notary as well as $22.45 to send the documents to my cpa! Got a call from my cpa next day saying the first page wasn't signed & had to send it again! Went in & spoke with Cindy & explained the situation 2 her & she coped a attitude as if I'm the 1 who screwed up. I said I need 2 now print out the page that wasn't signed & she said ok it's $4.99 to receive and a $1 a page. At that point I'm pissed because the ONLY reason I'm having 2 do this AGAIN is because this broad didn't do her job right the first time u came in & was there for 20 mins! I said I'm not paying that it's your mistake! She said well I can't just take your word for it so I showed her the email from my cpa & she said well I'll still have to charge you the $6 to print. R u F'N kidding me?! Idk where they hired this chick from but she's not qualified 4 her job whatsoever!!!! Won't b returning 2 this location ever again! In the last month I have lost $50 in merchandise that the Post Office says they delivered to this location and this location says they never received. Generally they have done well with packages, but I can't afford another loss. Kept me waiting on the phone for 10 minutes and I finally had to drive up there. I have been working with them for many years, but these two most recent episodes have me quite concerned. read more

I came today to drop off a package and I asked for a Receipt and they said they have to charge me $1 for the receipt ... last time I dropped off a package at their location and they lost it and they said that they never received the package I believe they steal packages beware do not drop off any packages at this location without a receipt and they try to charge you $1 so you don't get the receipt beware people. read more

The Postal Annex in the Albertsons plaza is exactly what you would want from your neighborhood post office. Its quaint, they know you by name, and they go above and way beyond your typical customer service. Due to an extremely poor DHL delivery, which was sent to the wrong continent let alone country, a refund was in order, but the people responsible, DHL, wouldnt refund my month late package! Shana and her amazing team at the Postal Annex took it upon themselves to save a customer and maintain that "neighbor" appeal by refunding my cost 100%! Way beyond what DHL even considered. They even got a card and had all their employees sign it thanking me for my business!! Who does that?? I was happy with just the card!! This just goes to show that our local businesses care more about their customers and will not sacrifice cost for customer service! Shop local, mail here! read more

I sent off a package through the Postal Annex on Van Buren and Trautwein in the Albertson's Shopping Center. The 2 day box and delivery cost me $19.50. The package was returned to me in eleven days. I was not happy! I returned the package to Postal Annex requesting an explanation. Though it was no fault of Postal Annex, the employee there (Raeanne) was so professional and friendly, she even re-boxed my crushed box. Since it was a Saturday, she kept my package to do the research and resend on the following Monday. She found out why it was returned by calling and emailing the company and the post office. When I phoned to find out the outcome of her research, I spoke with the manager, Shana, who acted like this was just a routine they were happy to offer. I am so impressed that they went to so much trouble, even though they sent the package off correctly. Up until this day I would normally go to the post office, but after this experience I am a committed customer. I was treated as if I am a customer that matters to them...
