Amazing customer service. This review is long over due I've just been pushing it off. Their print quality is outstanding and significantly better quality than FedEx down the street (cheaper too). I had them print out a certificate and it came out in amazing quality. I've posted two photos comparing the 2 printing sites. FedEx "couldn't align it to be centered" and recommended I cut off the bottom borders which didn't make sense, the pixel quality was significantly lower and the card stock paper was way more flimsier. AIM had higher resolution, thicker cardstock and was able to center and print the way I wanted it to be read more

The team here was incredibly helpful in sending out a giant amount of packages to places around the world for me. I was looking to get one of my online guides printed and bound but all the places available near me were quoting me at least a minimum of $68. I found this place via yelp and decided to give them a call to ask about the estimated price. The guy on the phone told me it would be roughly $55 dollars plus tax. Ughh, i hate writing this because I really liked this place and it's so close.. but they overcharge to send even small items or envelopes, and that's not fair. They've gone up too, strangely. I have used AIM for copying, making labels, work-related brochures and newsletters and lots of fun projects too (a laminated booklet of song lyrics for my husband's retro 70's birthday party). Michael and the team at AIM make the process easy and fun. I can email documents directly to them and then swing by to proof them later that day.
