Helo, Im a customer from Redondo Beach. Today I was at the store with simple very simple return from Amazon. My return was a printer, so, One of your employees tell me I can't return my box as is because it does have a another box and UPS doest get any responsibilities, I read the instructions of my return, it doesn't say nothing as double box, I show her my phone with all the information for my return. Then a woman with a red washed color hair appear rude, disrespectful, At certain moment I was thinking she was about to get out to the desk and hit me. Se was so rude she get the scanner and scan my box with out authorization, yelling me front to other customers, just because I ask where was the information that I missed, The reason I ask is to know why are they telling me they are to responsible from my full return. When I ask please show me where does it it writes, she responded despotically, "because I said it" , well if the workers have not training to deal with customers, they shouldn't be there, you are losing customer for bad attitude. Then I have to go another store. This agresive person will cost to the company customers. read more

You can see after walking into this location there is a great team vibe. I came in to ask if they provide Livescan fingerprint services and was told they do, the gal behind the counter handed me a business card to test for a Livescan code. In less than 10 minutes I retrieved and paid for the code and Joselyn helped me processed the Livescan. While this was being processed I could see customers coming in and out and how lively and professional the team is. I was here on Wednesday afternoon and could see there is a lot of traffic throughout the 40 minutes I was present. Plenty of parking out front. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!! I mailed a document, and Rylie told me to check back later that night to see the tracking. It was Thursday and so I checked on Friday, nothing. Tracking showed that a label was created. Saturday, same status so I decided to visit the store. Rylie told me to check on Monday since it was the weekend. I checked on Monday at noon and still showing no additional tracking information. I went to the store again, Rylie is not there, but Adam was eager to help. The entire time while Adam was helping me another young lady was giving me all kinds of excuses of why my document wasn't showing up. She did this without knowing any of the details or when I mailed it from the store. I finally had to tell her that it was sent out on the 3rd and today is the 7th. She then stopped making excuses and then told me to go online and file a claim to get a refund. I asked her about my document, and she said there was nothing they could do. This is pretty sad for a business sole responsibility is to send documents doesn't know what happened to a document after it was entrusted to them to deliver. Based on the tracking my document is still in the store. When I suggested that to the young lady that made excuses, she told me they get 3 shipments a day, so she didn't know. Sometimes it's the little things in life. Picking up ones mail is a little thing but doing it many many times a year becomes a big thing. This is a super easy location for parking since it's in a shopping mall. There's even additional parking down the ramp so on a sunny day you can put your car down there and keep it cool in the shade. There are electrical charging stations down there, too! This store is great because the mall also has a Whole Foods. This UPS store is also great because of the staff. Sandra, the team leader, has been at this store for years. She is amazing. I hope the store owner understands that she is the heart and soul of this UPS store. Not just a fab manager & problem solver, she is also a notary! A handful of other wonderful staff contribute to Sandra's team success; Blue and Elizabeth stand out to my memorial interactions. Everyone here is very conscientious about wearing their mask as well. The perfect place to have a private PO Box (which means you can receive packages and deliveries from everywhere and everyone without restrictions about standard post office boxes), also an excellent place to send items by UPS. Not a FedEx or USPS spot (oh well!). Be patient because certain days and times can get busy. Have noticed it is especially busy after 4 PM on weekdays. You can also do all the typical things here like send a fax or make copies or get your passport photo. But best of all is the SERVICE! TL/dr: best place in area for private mail box! read more

I've been renting a box here for over 8 years now and finally got a chance to write a review. I remember Sandra and Blue always being the lifeblood of this store. Then the store changed, everyone was wearing blue uniforms and it was never the same. Sandra left but Blue stayed on thankfully. I moved out of state but they forward my mail and I still love them. I had a return today that directed me to this UPS store. I took the boxed return there and was forced to pay $3.00 for the return label to be printed- even though the Merchandiser directs you to the store and says they'll print the label. Seriously bad customer service and experience and the girl helping was rude. Braids- Kathia or something like that. I use this store a lot- but this experience has me seriously considering Fedx instead. Consumer be warned. read more

It's funny to say that I enjoy going to my UPS box but I actually do! The staff here ALWAYS works hard to go the extra mile for their clients - they are helpful, friendly, and efficient. I'm always in and out of here quickly and I often have a bunch of packages and mail to pick up along with having to send packages. I'm so grateful. Even if I move out of the area I don't think I would ever switch locations. Special shout out to Ben, Blue, Sandra, Bianca, and Luis (I think?). The Ups Store located at 2110 Artesia Blvd is one of the best locations I've ever patroned. The customer service is nothing short of stellar. The original staff with Ethan was phenomenal but then they hired new staff and I just new the beauty an essence would be lost. Boy was I wrong. The manager Austin is unbelievable. He personally acknowledges each customer he recognizes and makes sure any new customer feels welcomed as well. I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time now but have been far too busy. But there is no way I would have forgotten to acknowledge what a great team this family owned UPS store brings to the community. Don't come here to print with your USB. Just print document from my USB but printer machine didn't work, need go counter to print out, 2 pages BW charge $1.24.... Crazy price. I been print out document from other UPS store or FedEx, most charge $.14 for page. read more

Would give them a zero if I could. Took a $400 watch there for shipment and they lost it. I am currently in the process of working with national UPS to locate. I shipped overnight air and now it will take eight days just to update me on the investigation. Alternatively, I would give a top rating to one of their employees who went above and beyond the call of duty to try and help me locate and file the investigation with national UPS. Her name is Blue. She researched and found the CCTV footage of me shipping it from this store and then called national UPS with me on the line to file for the investigation. She was so helpful that I was really pleasantly surprised and impressed the way she took ownership of the problem and did everything in her power to help me solve it. She was phenomenal!!! read more

I rarely ship anything UPS. I was traveling in the LA area and just had too much stuff to bring home. Visited UPS Store and Blue, the amazing customer service rep, took care of everything. She provided correct size box, taped it up, dropped in my bags of clothes and "swag bag" from the conference I attended, quoted me several rates based on shipping speed. Shipped everything to my home on the east coast for about $55 dollars! This saved me a $100- overweight baggage fee with the airlines. Blue is an asset to her company! read more

I usually go to UPS to mail packages, but I found out they also take and print passport photos. I called before I went (because I needed an unusual size for some paperwork) and spoke with Blue. She was very helpful in the phone. Once I got there, the job was more complicated than I had thought and she was so patient and made sure I got EXACTLY what I needed. Blue went above and beyond! Horrible experience! My father just passed in November and I had custom made christmas ornaments for my 3 sisters sent so they would get them before Christmas. I told the employee #199408(Young lady dark hair wears glasses) that I wanted to overnight my sisters gift who lives in Spain overnight. I asked her she said that could be done. I paid over $150 to send that to her. Now it shows she won't get it on time because now supposedly the person at UPS said they don't over overnight shipping to Spain. If this employee who helped me would of said that instead of giving me false information I would of went somewhere else. I feel like it got bait and switched. When I called and talked to another employee at this location he said she should of not said that it could be done. This store needs to knowledge this employee so she doesn't mislead and give false information. Do not go to this location. The person I was talking to also hung up on me. read more

Joshua is amazing! We have been coming to this UPS store for our mailbox rental for over ten years dating back to their other location a few doors down. We have always had the best service of kind, caring people who go the extra mile for us. Well, ten years later, this owner is still hiring the best as Joshua was absolutely a sweetheart to me and I just want to comment on it. It was about ten minutes after 7 on Friday night and I thought for sure I missed my opportunity to drop off an Amazon return. So my plan was to just check my PO Box. Then I noticed the workers were still there including Joshua. He had already closed his register and I really didn't want to be a pain and bug him after hours, but he reached out to me as I checked my box and said, "Are you trying to send something to a person you've mailed to before?" I think this is because he could retrieve the labeling information after hours. I told him I was trying to send a package to Amazon and he said, "Oh sure I can help you." So very nice of him after closing, but then I couldn't find the return label and he literally dropped what he was doing and spent time helping me access the return code from an app on my phone. He then graciously handled the return and packaged it for me. I'm 55 years old, and I have never seen such an amazing worker with such a kind, positive attitude. Hi yelpers, I visited this place the second time and had a terrible experience. I wish I could be helped by reliable and knowledgable people in this pandemic + wildfire. However, the staff insisted to convince me with wrong information to get rid of responsiblilty and refused to help due to lack of knowledge. Basically, I returned a product (around $600) I purchased online two days ago as the manufacturer asked me to drop the product to a UPS store. I received a receipt with tracking number but it didn't work in the last two day. As suggested by UPS customer service, I visited the store in person. The staff asserted that the tracking number are associated with the manufacturer instead of UPS. I don't agree with that explanation as I did drop the product in this store and received a UPS store receipt. Then, they kept saying they can't access to the tracking information because it was generated by a corporate account. I don't understand the logic as I believe UPS should at least have some information about items they provide with shipment service. However, they tried to convince me that it's all manufacturer's responsibility and that I should leave the store. I asked the staff then who should be liable if the package is lost. They insisted that it's nothing to do with UPS and asked me to leave the store or they would call police. An hour ago, the exact tracking number is shown up on UPS WEBSITE. I contacted the manufacturer to confirm and the manufacturer told me the return shipment was completed handled by UPS. The staff here, please don't fool another customer any more. read more
