This lady, Anita is the moodiest woman I've ever met. Some days she's sweet and helpful, other times she's just the opposite! She's also a penny pincher. She watches you like a hawk, just in case you take a piece of paper or a pen . She had pens made for the place but guards them with her life!! Geez!! I would have given them a full star if the lady let go after I said so many many sorry to her! (because she didn't call the toll?) she told me I would have to pay 400 for the toll, to be honest, I thank her for that but I really would rather pay that money to keep her f**king mouth shut!! For god's sake!!! I actually don't even know why I am sorry because the one who I should be sorry of is the plaza but not her! So now, if there is no star, I guess I will put a no star. I parked my car in front of The ice cream shop and this post center...This VERY NICE lady was annoying and kept telling me that she would have toll my car away(I parked in front of BR mostly), which I understand if she wanted to toll it... because I parked at a 1-hour space and my car was there for over two hours. However, that wasn't her parking spot; the plaza owned it! And she even told me that, even I purchased something from the plaza, I should have leave after I got the stuff I want... If you're looking for a mailbox rental, notary, or need to ship a package UPS/FedEx, then this is the BEST place to do it - especially if you're local and nearby! The owner Anita is very sharp and experienced and won't nickle dime you like the other places I've been to! I was very pleasantly surprised when she found a box for me and wrapped up my package w/out charging! When I asked her how much the box, packaging, and tape were going to cost me she kindly said "no charge because I collect extra boxes for my customers like you." Tape and packaging cushions were complimentary since I only mailed one box. Talk about SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm definitely coming here from now on! It's also an easy place to drop off your UPS/FedEx packages since the carriers stop by every evening. I dropped off my Amazon return yesterday and this morning I check online with the tracking number and it shows that the carrier picked up my package from Postal Center Plus! The owner Anita is the friendliest and most helpful person ever. I came here to mail FedEx once, and she was very patient with the packaging and answer all my questions I had regarding shipping. She has many different sizes of boxes that are for purchase which is good so that the customers don't get charged extra for having a large box with nothing inside. Anita is very organized, and the shop is extremely clean. I guess she also has notary service, mailbox rental, and key replication service. She also sell random small stuff inside her store.. which is always fun to look at while I'm waiting. read more

Terrible service. I've tried to come three times over the last six months to this location to drop off various UPS boxes for return to Amazon. The woman never gets off her seat from the back and just talks to me from a distance. I ask for a receipt to prove I dropped it off and she always says the printer doesn't work. This last time I told her she always tells me the same thing. So then she says the printer is broken and she doesn't want to pay to replace it. Really? This review is a little late, but it is deserving. I had to ship something out around Christmas time and was in a rush. This place was the closest to me that shipped things so I decided to go here. The lady working there was on the phone and clearly looked flustered. I figured it was just the stresses of Christmas shipping and waited for my turn. After she got off the phone, she clearly looked very frustrated with whatever just happened. I stepped up to have my package processed and shipped out. I was expecting backlash from any comments I would've made, but to my surprise, the lady was cool, calm, & composed. I could still tell that the conversation over the phone was bothering her, but she kept everything fairly professional. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. I have never thought of simply dropping off some pre-labeled boxes can give me these pissing off experiences. - Unattended store, anyone can come and grab whatever you left on the table - I asked for a drop off receipt because I was dropping off $1000 worth of merchandises and the store was unattended, that lady's responded with a fuxx face (I am not joking, this happens AGAIN) and said, "this will cost me a lot of troubles because I have to turn on the computer...) - I left the store, later returned there because I can't trust a person like that with my $1000 "cargo"... I used a mailbox at this location for one year. Because it was close to me. I have to say that, the owner, a lady whose name is Anita was often rude. However, the big problem happened after I stopped my mailbox service there. Because it is a commercial mailbox, the postal office doesn't offer any mail forwarding service. But by law, the mailbox company has to arrange a mail forwarding service with the customer upon requests. Therefore I contacted her on a few occasions to find out how to arrange my mail forwarding, she ignored me!! Last week, I had a package was mistakenly delivered to the mail box, and I was aware of that, so I contacted her again to ask her kindly "Return the Package To The Sender", a simple thing that she can accomplish by just give the package to the post office worker who go to her shop everyday. She didn't respond and the package was not returned. Now, I had to report the package stolen... So let's see what happens next. read more

This place have a convenience location, but the service they provide wasn't convenient at all. Notary service charge for $15 (fair amount) Temple City only charge $12. The point is CASH ONLY!!!! This is my first time coming to this postal center+, so maybe my review isn't as reflective as others who may have been here multiple times. Pros: This place appears to have a 24 hour mailbox service, I guess that's a positive since they have bright neon signs claiming they do. Cons: As others have mentioned a few months ago, so I won't expand too much, but the owner is still very very rude. Her attitude has not changed one bit since the last reviews that were posted on yelp. I had a very simple question, which was: do you scan the packages that I drop off so I can get a receipt? I added, normal UPS stores will automatically scan the package as I drop it off, so I have a receipt stating that I've dropped it off at this location. (I know this action means nothing in terms of actual package protection, but it was just out of habit.) She quickly replied no and turned to chatting with her friend. Seeing as she didn't want to pay much attention to me, I rephrased my question to her--just in case she might not have understood me the first time. I slowly said "a receipt for drop off", and I even made a square in the air with my fingers. She derisively smirked and said you can take a picture with your phone and check the tracking number online. ... blank stares ... Of course I know that! But how do I know you've taken receipt of the package here!? Anyways, I didn't want to spend time to get frustrated and argue, I feigned a smile and walked out. Anita, the owner, is the best! She will never over charge you and you know because she will show you her screen as she types in the information. She won't charge you if you need to tape up your box....which has happened to me at another place (he charged me $0.25 for a small strip). She has boxes for sale but if she has a reusable one, she'll just give it to you...with that said, if you have boxes you don't need that can be reused, take it to her. I accompanied my mother, who was not born here and does not have a clear understanding on certain procedures, to help apply for my brother's birth certificate and not only did Anita do her job splendidly as a notary, but she made sure to remind my mother of the application process as well as walking through the application that we had there to make sure everything was completed properly. I don't like to write negative reviews, but this place deserves it. Our landlord asks us to just drop off our monthly payment here every month and just give it to the owner since she's their friend. Let me tell you, their friend has a severe attitude problem. She's usually whatever, but the past few times I have been dropping off our payment, she's had a really big stick up her ass! Last month, I parked in the loading spot because there was no where else to park and because I literally only had to pass her the envelope. The lady reprimanded me, telling me that I can't park there. I get it, loading only, but was the eye roll necessary?! Then yesterday, I came in around 12:30 PM, and she gave me attitude again! She told me she was busy and took my envelope and slammed it on the counter to sort and told me that next time I should come later in the day because she was busy. I apologized, but she still threw in shade with the eye roll...AGAIN! This owner is extremely rude. Not helpful at all. Came here twice. The first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day so gave her a second chance and came back. Not going back again. Was there to make a copy and she just pointed to copier. The copier said "out of toner" when I told her she said "I lifted the cover right?" I would have given zero. I brought several packages and by mistake a left a return amazon package that was intended for usps. (The other was correct) I called up and explained and she said that yes, and that tomorrow the the mail carrier will pick up. So, today, I called to ask if she gave the mail carrier the package. She turned to be so RUDE saying that I am wasting her time by this phone call just because I asked if she handed over, and went on and on. NEVER go there! Yeah, when I began to ask her in normal speed, after I finished, she said to speak slow because she doesn't understand. So, I wasted time. When I told her that her bickering is also wasting me time because a simple yes could suffice, she went ballistics. Showered me with negativity. I don't care. I see that other reviewers say that she is rude and wants to make other people's life miserable. Yes. 100% like that. I will also make complaints to UPS about her terrible service.
