I had really bad experience yesterday at Postal Express & More. It was two days before Christmas and I had ordered 2 Brita water filter bottles to be delivered to the mailbox I am renting there. Amazon attempted to deliver to them the day before. However, I got a notification from Amazon notifying that the delivery could not be completed, because the business was not open at 11:05 AM. I found this odd, because their website clearly states they are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. I called the store at about 11:15 PM and someone answered the phone. The next day, I spoke to an Amazon customer service representative and gave them special instructions to deliver the packages before 5:30 PM, because Postal Express & More closes at that time. I arrived at 4:30 PM by Uber. My package from Amazon had not arrived yet, but I still wanted to get my mail, and I had another package that I had not picked up yet. When, I entered the building there were no other customers but me. Their were two men working there. One I recognized, and the rude one I had never seen before. The rude one was seated in a chair closest to the entrance, and was leaning back and slumped in it. His demeanor was very unprofessional, and he looked like he was bored, and just wanted to go home. I explained that I was getting a package delivered hopefully before 5:30 PM. The rude one asked me if I had a mailbox there. I said, "Yes." The other man, let's call him the nice man. The nice man asks me what my name is, and I tell him. He verifies my identity in the computer, and goes towards the back to get my package. All find and normal. Right? But when I turned to open my box and get my mail, the rude one asked me if I had a key? I found this to be an unnecessary question to be asked, as previously I had a conversation with the nice one about when my renewal was up for my mailbox rental. Why, on earth would I show up at this point to get my mail out of my mailbox without my key? It made me feel like I was being treated like a crazy person. Like I hadn't paid for my mailbox, and I was pulling one over on them, despite the fact that my identity was verified on the computer. I got my mail, and then explained to them that I would be back before 5:30 to see if my package was delivered. And I also mentioned I would most likely be having dinner at the Japanese restaurant next door in the mean time. I returned at 5:20 PM, and the door was locked, and the lights were dimmed. However, the two men were still inside. I knocked on the door, and the rude one let me in. I said, "You guys were going to close up early, after I said I might get a delivery up until 5:30 PM?" I had even previously let them know that I gave special instructions to Amazon to deliver before 5:30 PM. Subsequently, I expressed to them, that I felt mistreated by the rude one, with his interrogations when I first approached them. "Do you have a mailbox here?" "Do you have a key?" When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service, and the early closing of their business without prior notification, the rude one came towards me and started aggressively arguing with me. I wasn't intimidated by this, but I am a women of small stature. The nice one, was trying to be a mediator to the situation, but the rude one would not let up. When, I pointed out that it was inappropriate for the rude one to be arguing with me in this manner, the rude one shouted, "I have a right to defend myself!" At which point the Amazon truck pulls up, and I left to get my packages from the Amazon delivery person myself. Not only do I feel humiliated and verbally berated by one of Postal Express & More's employees, but had I not shown up right before closing at 5:20 PM, my package would not have been delivered once again. Does this young man's attitude represent how Postal Express & More cares about serving their customers? I seriously hope not. I am a loyal customer to a business that is efficient, and cares about the people who they serve. It is about people, not commerce. It is unfortunate when a business just doesn't care about company efficiency, and good customer service. read more

Very polite and helpful, not angry when I paid bill late, super helpful and low cost with forwarding mail --including packages and a critical government document. Pleasant to visit this place. Only slight complaint I think sometimes they don't have enough workers but overall A-. read more

DO NOT RENT UHAULS HERE. Had a terrible experience renting a U-Haul truck here. The staff, especially a young male with long hair, was BEYOND rude. I asked him to respect the 6ft rule because of the covid-19 stuff and he rolled his eyes and threw his arms up. When they called to tell me to return the truck they were so rude and hostile like I was trying to keep the truck. I didn't even have it 24 hours. Terrible customer service. He needs to be fired. First of all, screw you YELP for not letting us leave zero stars. Now to my review, GO ELSEWHERE if you want to rent a truck. The trucks rented from this location are HORRIBLE!!! They're scratched and dented and they want you to list everything you notice but that would take a whole day. The service is slow and incompetent with an emphasis on SLOW AND INCOMPETENT. If you're moving choose someone else. Rent a donkey if you have to or enlist the services of a Sherpa but DON'T GO HERE!!! read more

Wow! We will never rent a U-Haul or go to this place ever again. The Asian male, he's about 5' and has long hair on top and shaved around the sides, drives a black truck, on the thinner side, was so incredibly rude. He obviously knows nothing about customer service. U-Haul emailed us to review them so we did. We said something along the lines that they should fire the Asian male because he was unprofessional, rude, and didn't know anything about customer service. We rented a truck and called to ask about how much gas we should put back in the truck. I told him we were between 1/2 and 3/4. So he told us to put 1.3 gal and we will be perfect. My husband put that much and we brought it back and told the guy that didn't take us to 3/4, that brought us to the notch right below 3/4. He said "You said it was right below 3/4 and that makes it 1.3." I said "No, I told you we were between 1/2 and 3/4, which is not right below 3/4." He said "Read your contract." I said "That's great. We don't have a contract." Then he said "You should check your email!" with such a horrible attitude. Seriously?! I told my husband "We obviously shouldn't have trusted what he was saying", and on the way out my husband yelled "He gave us the wrong information." The guy said "I'll print it for you right now!" So I stood and waited for him to print it because we didn't have time to keep going back to the gas station. We were moving, who has time to be looking through the emails they sent to find it... which is why we called on our way back. He was talking to me and my husband so disrespectfully. The other gal that works there, I think she was white and maybe stood about 5'5", was just standing there with her eyes huge watching this all go on. I felt super sorry for her because she looked like she couldn't believe what was going on. She was trying to help another customer and couldn't focus. I know there's always two sides to a story, but I know that if they have cameras in there it will line up to exactly what I am saying. If I was wrong and gave him the wrong gas line reading I would have apologized and said "My bad" and left to go refill it with no problems. What made it a huge deal was his unprofessional attitude, rude words and just total disrespect. If he would have just owned up to it and said "I'm so sorry I misheard you", or even "I'm sorry I gave you the wrong reading because I was busy", that would have cleared this mess up. Sure we would have been a little upset, but we would have just left mad, filled it up, and then came back fine because he would have treated us with respect, as human beings. Now... I am writing this because he just called my husband this morning, Saturday, June 1st at 10:13am. He called my husband a racist and said that if we have an issue to go talk to him about it. My husband said he's not a racist but he didn't know his name. To which he said it's Ben, and if you have a problem to come in and talk. I jumped on the phone because it was on speaker and said you shouldn't be calling and yelling at people if you want them to go in and talk to you. To which he started talking over me louder and said I was a racist so we just hung up on him. If he wanted to solve anything then he should have called with more respect and asked us politely to go in and talk to him. How dare you call us racist!!! He obviously doesn't know who we are related to. We were trying to describe him so everyone knows exactly who we were talking about. If we just said "male", we don't know how many males work there. We were being specific. I don't think the poor guy knows what racist means. If someone described me as a 5'5" Hispanic female I wouldn't call them racist. They could even try to describe me as a 5'4" Mexican woman. They could even say an over 5' part African-American lady. I wouldn't get mad, that's just how they are trying to describe. Now, if they said stupid (insert race) or all of you (insert race) are dumb and don't know anything about customer service, that would be racist and completely different. We weren't saying anything wrong about his race or culture, we were describing his appearance, and then saying how bad his actions were. If he cared at all about the company he works for, which he doesn't, he wouldn't have called us the next day to blow the situation up and attack us by calling us racist. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I called to reserve a Uhaul and was told that my mother could pay for it over the phone and there would no problems picking it up. So she called, spoke to the man and gave her credit card info to him and payed for it, but I went to pick it up, the same man that I spoke to was there but told us that we would have to pay for it, which would have been fine if he had said that from the beginning and if he wouldn't have taken my moms credit card info. read more

Third time using these folks to rent a Uhaul, same great service as the other times!

So I definitely recommend not coming to this place! I came here to rent a uhaul because it looked like a great deal. However, I was not told at pick up the store would be closed before my drop off time. I then locked the keys and left them in the truck as I thought was instructed. The place then called and said they would charge me and extra $150 to get the keys out (where they make keys) & said they did not have a copy. After getting my own locksmith, the manager charged me almost double with price with no explanation other than "miles" for which I had already paid. After I called him out on the mistake he made and excuse and fixed let of it. During this whole process I watched him charge a woman $20 to return a Amazon package which was very light and also felt that was incorrect. I feel they try and take advantage of customers who do not ask questions, so if you do choose to come here ask lots of questions. I was extremely disappointed! read more
