I have used this place a few times to drop off pre paid packages and the U-Haul rental trucks to help people move. The people are low key and friendly here, you get in and out fast if you know what you are doing. The U-Haul I had rented was pretty dirty and gross inside while driving it and the process of running my credit card for payment ended up charging my credit card 3 separate times so it took me a few hours online and on the phone with my credit card company the next day to fix all that mess. If I could give them no stars a I would. We reserved a Uhaul from these people, service was not the best. The owner immediately told us we had until 3pm to turn in the Uhaul. We needed it for 24 hour period, did not give us any other options. Had to RUSH to back to retune and still had to pay full price for 24 hour period. read more

They make processes that are not "every day" for their customers, such as notarizing documents or renting a U-Haul, feel seamless, because it is an every day job for them to make these processes easy. I have used this location multiple times now. I set up a P.O. Box a couple months ago. Since then I have gone in for other reasons such as shipping legal documents, notary needs, even simple questions, etc. When I have been in I have been greeted by Sandy and Steve. Sandy has always been the one to help me and she has been beyond incredible! She not only answers all my questions, but she remembers who I am, what I have been in there for in the past, why I am coming back, and even my box number. I can't say enough about the services available and the assistance you receive when going here. I live 2 minutes away and last Saturday, looked them up on yelp (been there for notary service but never pack and send). Ran over there about 4:30. I had something I need sent to Northern CA. It was very awkwardly shaped and had weird pieces attached that if not packaged properly would have broken. They did an amazing job packing and it arrived at the other end completely in tact. They were very meticulous about wrapping and packing so so carefully. I looked at their pamphlet and learned about soooo many other services they provide. They are for sure my new one stop shop. Horrible customer service. I live locally and this was the closest uhaul in my area. When I first arrived, Terry was on the phone and did not greet us, no problem, then another customer came in and we both waited for Terry. Once she got off the phone I advised her that I was here to pick up my scheduled uhaul. She then immediately said that she would help the other customer since it would be faster. The truck had a gas level between 5/8 and 3/4 marked on the paper and when I drove out of the parking lot, it quickly dropped closer to the 5/8 level. I used the truck for 2 hours and drove it for 50 miles. I got gas 2 miles from the store and put $8, the level was back between the 5/8 and 3/4, not middle but a little below middle, hard to tell since there is not a line for those levels. Terry observed the car and told me I did not return it back to the initial level and would not close me out until I got more gas. I went and put $1 in and returned the truck. I dropped off the keys and wanted her to come out and verify the gas level but she said she could not leave until another employee came. I am extremely disappointed as I love supporting local small businesses but this is one establishment I will not be supporting. I then engaged her in a conversation on how the owner would be disappointed in this type of customer service as I would be if I was the owner. Nothing special about this generic postal store, I simply used this location since it was closest to my home. I will clearly not be revisiting this store. read more

Shipped almost 15 pounds of frozen Elk across the country to 4 different locations on the East coast , and all the packages arrived completely frozen with very little dry ice left. Sandy nailed the amount of dry ice! She went out of her way to help me send this unusual item. I would use them again and would highly recommend this shipping center. read more

I wouldn't recommend using. Tried to send a package to Philippines. I called on phone, trying to locate as "Fed Ex". They said yes we have fed ex. Assumed she would know I was the one calling from lot asking about fed ex, and when I came she said yes we have fed ex and usps and ups. Anyways, I told her I wanted to send a package to Philippines. She doesn't ask what service I want, she just says "priority international". I'm assuming that was what fed ex calls their international, being that I came in asking if they have fed ex. Any ways, end up paying 80 dollars for usps on 12/9 for 6-10 days service. Package doesn't arrive before Christmas. It's 12/27, and package is still not there. She says once it's in the philippines we have no control over it, yes problem like that happens. If she knows it was an issue with usps, why sell me 80 dollars service, and tell me 6-10 days gets there, knowing it won't likely get their. Days later she says yes should have used DHL. Avoid this place, I lost 80 dollars. Crappy service, not helpful, not knowledgeable, doesn't care once they have their money. If you are going to sell someone 80 dollars service, and you know from previous experience it won't get their for other issues, and say after the fact yeah DHL works better. I hope this review makes you lose 80 dollars in business. read more

They offer tons of options for shipping as well as all the small things like notary and Uhaul. It's run by a local family and they always have a smile on and treat me like one of their own. Last week I contacted numerous businesses that offer notary service. I needed documents notarized for an appointment at 9 AM on March 21. I called several companies but they all did not open until 8:30-10am. I had used Postal Zone to rent a u-haul weeks earlier and was very happy with that service. I called and spoke with Sandy and told her I needed documents notarized on the morning of March 21 but everything is closed at that time of the morning. Sandy agreed to come in early and do the notary at 7:30am. What service. Sandy was on time and offered a service that other businesses refused to do. Thank you Sandy. I had stopped in to just drop off packages for FEDEX pick up before, nothing more, then one day noticed the selection of moving supplies. We were packing and preparing for a move out of the area and I wanted to get a big roll of bubble wrap. Sandy ordered me exactly what I needed and I had it early the next day. I needed some USPS Customs forms and the pouches required for mailing internationally; B&B Pharmacy doesn't (yet) offer Customs-based services so I thought I would have to rely on someone to take me to the post office. I had free time while waiting for my transportation, so I went to a donut shop in the same center. On the way back, I decided to see if PZ had the forms and pouches - they sure did! I Love this place!! I go there every week. I work out of my house which is down the street from them. Sometimes my internet goes out. I go to this Postal Zone where I can get on there computer and print out my purchase orders and invoices. Im never rushed off there computer. Steve is always there to help me print my weird spread sheets. They have everything there. You can buy any type of office or shipping supplies. They even have those shipping bags that look like presents so you can just ship your gift ready to go. In a couple of weeks I need to rent a U-Haul and wouldn't you know it... they also have that there to. There was no hassle. I didn't need to call around and shop for the best location or price. Sandy gave me a great price and she reserved a truck for me. She did it in like a minute. This place is literally a one stop shop for any of your business, personal, printing or shipping needs. I see people in there doing so many different things like they can take your passport picture and size it. They have PO boxes for you to rent. Sandy and Steve are great!!
