This location completely lost my package it was a simple put into the postal service box and ensure it gets scanned and shipped out with the postal service provider . I found out that my package never left the building when I called the company that was to receive the package . I believe this company stole my the contents of my package because when asked for them to check the Video footage they claimed to not have any footage from that day . This is completely unacceptable. I had to get fingerprinted on short notice. This place was able to accommodate me before a holiday! They were closing early and I was able to catch them in time. They fingerprinted me in less than 10 minutes. Worker was friendly and efficient. read more

Came in to get passport photos done because everywhere in Moreno Valley has broken machines and couldn't get it done (I went to 5 places before this). When I showed up there was only one worker and they were very busy. I didn't mind the wait she was trying to work fast and help everyone out and with the attitude of angry customers she really held her own and was getting people moving. When I got to the front another employee clocked in and helped me get my pictures taken quickly. They were apologetic for the wait and I really appreciated their friendliness about it. My receipt says the girl who helped me was Yvonne and I believe the other lady was Miriam. People need to understand it is not the workers fault if they're the only ones working especially when you can clearly see they're working hard not just sitting down doing nothing. I do not usually write negative reviews but I am this time. I had a very important package to mail out today. I walked into this location a full 8 minutes before their scheduled closing time. There was one customer ahead of me who was arguing with the staff behind the counter. I could tell this wasn't going to go well already. The gentleman continue to argue until one minute past the scheduled closing time. At this point I walked up to the counter, smile too the rep behind the counter and ask for service. I was quickly told that it was past your closing time and that she had no time to serve me. I was clearly in the building well in advance of their scheduled closing time. This is terrible service. If a customer is inside of your building prior to closing time waiting for service, then you should serve them! No excuses. read more

I am very disappointed with the customer service my brother and I received from Michelle, the clerk today at this location. I had a package from DHL transferred to this location because I was not home to receive the package. I had my brother (who has the same address as the package on his drivers license) attempt to pick up the package as I am unable do so because I am working. The clerk,Michelle tells him she cannot release the package due to a store policy. I do understand that some people try and pick up packages they are not authorized to; however, there are still honest people in this world. Michelle provided my brother with a phone number she said belonged to her manager. I called the number and the person tells me this is not the number of the manager. So, I call Michelle back and explain that I was unable to reach a manager at the number she provided. I go on to tell her I need my package and ask her to provide my brother with a copy of her policy stating he cannot pick up the package. She rudely tells me she has a line of customers in her store and could not continue to talk to me and hung up in my face. This behavior is unacceptable! Customer service is not what it used to be. I call the managers phone number back and the young lady who answered did say she would have the manager call me back. Cindy, the manager called me back and explained it's a DHL policy preventing them from releasing the package. I go on to explain that the USPS and UPS allow family members with the same address to pick up a package as long as the drivers license has the same address as the package. This is great customer service. I call DHL who says I can provide my family member with a note to release the package to them. I'll have my husband try again tomorrow with a note(which cannot be verified that I wrote) to attempt to pick up the package. By the way, he has the same address on his drivers license too and will also have the tracking details. It should not be this hard to pick up a package I paid for!!! Updated Review: So, I did as DHL requested by writing a letter giving my husband authorization to pick up my package. They still would not release the package as it was a hand written note. Postal Annex requested I email them a copy of my Driver's License and I refused. I will not be a victim of identity theft. I call DHL back and explain I did as they said to find out they did not give me the proper instructions. I was to email the store my tracking information along with the information of the person picking up the package without my driver's license. To Postal Annex's defense, DHL had given the incorrect instruction; however, it does not excuse their unprofessionalism toward customers. I can see why the reviews are not that good. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SHIPPING! I went here because I was in a rush and the post office was closed. Not only did they charge me MORE than the Post Office's rate for USPS Flat Rate Priority shipping, there was an ADDITIONAL charge for tracking, which is supposed to be INCLUDED with USPS Flat Rate! I wish I'd had the luxury of time, because I would have just walked out when the woman told me the inflated prices. I actually just made an identical shipment yesterday from the post office (Flat Rate Priority envelope, tracking included) for nearly half the price of what these scam artists charged me. read more

I usually never give low ratings, but I went to this place to get a live scan (finger prints) after mailing my application to take the real estate exam, got my exam date, passed my real estate exam , I was supposed to get my license on the spot after passing the exam, BUT because this place didn't include crucial information on the report in order for the CalBRE to match my live scan to the rest of my package, not only did I not receive my license right away as I was supposed to, now I have to wait till the CalBRE reciews my live scan in order to provide me with my license. I will not be using their services and I would not recommend as fast as live scans go, the other services they offer I'm not sure. read more

I am a CSI graduate and needed fingerprints done with ink since the place I am applying is out of state. Most California agencies only do Livescan. This place was able to see me and was super helpful. Very friendly staff and didn't have to wait. They were upfront about fingerprint issues and made the process easy. I will have to give this place a 5 star rating. I come here very periodically to handle all my business, rather its shipping something, notarizing documents, or scanning paperwork to email someone. It is a nice one stop shop with great customer service. Even-though it can get really busy and you may have to wait till one customer gets done, but i have always felt the customer service outweighs it all. I have dealt with Ms. Kiabeth the most there, and she has been great towards me deciding to come back more and more. Keep up the good work guys!!!! read more

I finally got a Yelp account.So now I can write a review.ha!When I lived in MoVal I had to ship a guitar to Oklahoma City,UPS store wanted close to $200.I went here and they found a shipper (UPS)ha! for half the price with insurance.The woman employee was really helpful given me an estimate the night before shipping.When I brought in the boxed guitar she even reinforced it with more tape,fragile stickers,etc.The guitar arrived perfectly in Oklahoma City before the estimated time of arrival.I will for sure be using Postal Annex again. :-) read more

I sent an international package at this time of day (being in the holidays and all) and the guy was nice enough to add a bag (free of charge) with my candies inside, bec. i informed them that the recipient's postal office have rats on them and i wanted to be secured. he even gave me a discount for my package. Tried to get something notarized I emailed the young lady the paperwork I told her I needed page 21 notarized she told me that she didn't feel like looking through 21 pages. I explained to her that I only needed page 21 notarized. She told me that it would be $1.20 per printout, I told her I only needed one page then she proceeded to print out all 21 pages and got mad at me because she could not figure out how to work the printer. I asked her how much was it going to cost for my one page she said don't worry about it and so I left. Long story short I never got my page notarized. read more
