On this particular occasion, the lines were beyond horrendous! It was as if it were days away from Christmas! They were two equally long lines. One to pick up mail and the other to send out. I must say this location must be poorly led as there was not enough organization to handle the situation. It took 17 minutes to finally get to the counter. But I will say that after my encounter with Mr. Donald, it really made every minute worth waiting. His customer service was extraordinary as he was exemplary and had a million smile that surely changed the atmosphere for me. He was extremely professional in making sure I was completely satisfied before sending me on my way. It's employees like this that's really give USPS the distinction that it deserves. What's even more disappointing is that all three times, staff were unable to give me any clear answer as to why these items were returned in the first place. To make matters worse, there was also a situation where an envelope they had in their possession took weeks to be returned to me, with no communication or accountability during that time. On top of these ongoing issues, the lines are consistently long, and the wait times are unreasonable. It feels like there is a lack of organization and customer service overall. I expect better handling of mail--especially certified items--and clearer communication when problems arise. Unfortunately, this location has been consistently unreliable.

The box was large and well-secured with adjustable styrofoam inside. I was confident that this valuable would make its destination without any hiccups. This small store is located on Canyon Springs Parkway just south of the 60 freeway and west of Day Street, next to Rubio's and across from Target. They have a couple parking spots specifically for FedEx customers but those are a little hard to get out of since it's right next to the traffic stop. I would suggest parking just a few more steps out so you don't get oncoming cars that could potentially sneak up and hit your vehicle. Overall, I was able to get my package shipped out with ease and it arrived in good condition during the promised time.
