Highly recommend post annex in Anaheim Hills. I have used their services for both notary and shipments (with signature/insurance) Recently shipped a new cell phone for my son to college in another state but forgot the room number on the shipping address label. This was discovered because when each shipment is picked up I get emailed all the details (sends a follow up message upon delivery). I called Ron, who was able to contact by cell phone the drive who picked up the package who was then able to add the room number. There are over a thousand kids in his dorm and the $1000 phone could have easily been lost. The phone was delivered on time. I have use them to send items for a long time. Had a package that should not of been delivered unit Thursday - I paid extra to have it delivered on Thursday. Got email on Tuesday that it was delivered. Not happy - it was a check that $ wasn't going in account until Wed night so that is why did not want it delivered until Thursday. Called & spoke to Ron & he basically laughed and said there is nothng he can do they did everything right & if we get ahold of fedex there is nothing they will do either. Great customer service (sarcastic). So something goes wrong & it's to bad to sad - don't care. You think they would want to help their customers - boy was i wrong - becareful what you use there cause if it gets messed up = to bad. read more

I found out today that even during Covid difficult time our local PostalAnnex store still open daily 9am to 6pm. Today when I called the store at 6:11pm, to my surprise a gentleman picked up the phone. He very nicely offered to wait for me to drop off packages even though it's closing time!! This is a great place to take your packages. They are open on Sunday where mist places are not and have some cute shopping items if you are looking to throw some fun things into a package you are shipping to a family member or friend. Today I went to my regular notary place in Yorba Linda and the notary lady wasn't in and wouldn't be in until tomorrow and I needed to get my stuff done and sent to Florida same day. I went in to the Postal Annex in the Ralph's center and was immediately greeted by a nice lady. She walked me over to the counter where the notary process would take place. Bryann quickly came to greet me and together we went through the package in order to understand exactly what needed to be signed and what parts needed to be notarized. The process was quick and efficient. Bryan who helped me was very friendly in fact I needed to have. Photo copy of my driver's license and he just went ahead and made the copy at no charge. His father Ron and Bryan own the business together and during the time I was in The store his dad (Ron) did a good deed for free as well In Order to help out a young lady that was a lite confused. He could have easily charged her for what he did just like Bryan could have charged me for the photo copy, but they didn't, I believe because they see the bigger picture and the importance of good customer service. Small deeds like those go a long way with me and I will return every time I need a notary or any of their services. Kindness is so easy, and is so very much appreciated. Ron and Bryan,you guys rock!! I needed passport photos for my Dutch passport (mind you, these are different from US size and it's impossible finding a place that will even attempt to do these.) They spend a lot of time trying to get them right which was much appreciated, showed me that they actually cared about what I needed. Also, when I ship out my packages, Ron and Brian always help me out within just a couple of minutes! I went there for passport photos. The customer service was pretty decent, guys were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately both the digital camera and printer they used were pretty old and outdated, so the pictures came out less than satisfying. I paid almost $13 for 2 pictures that I don't really want to use. I did not complain to them because I think there is nothing they can do, as they are limited by the equipments they have, plus the guys were too nice for me to say "the pictures came out crappy" to them. I then went to Costco right after and had another picture taken there- came out much better, and it only costs $5 for 4 pictures!! If you need passport photos, go to Costco instead for better price and quality. Nice guys though, so I give them 3 stars overall; if just rating the quality of pictures I received, only 2 stars :( read more

I am a frequent customer of this Postal Annex. I can't say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail I get from both Ron & Bryan. Not only do they have multiple options for shipping, but they have some pretty neat gift items. They also offer services like passport photos (as well as helping with the application process), faxing, copying/printing, serving as a notary public, and probably several others I haven't yet needed. Their store is always clean and organized, and not usually crowded. I feel very lucky that this store is only half a mile from my house, but if it was further I would still probably be there as frequently as I am now. read more

I needed some quick passport photos and stopped on my way through town. Ron, I assume the owner, was very helpful and friendly. I didn't love the photo but I think that has more to do with vanity and my denial of mid life reality! The store was well organized, very clean and the price was half what I would have paid in LA. They make keys and copies as well as the other expected services for a UPS type store at a better price! Good management, good services and at good price! New owners have been there about a year and are great. We did notary signing for refi loan docs and all done without a hitch. Only problem was wife spent $50 in gifts on way out. Apparently they used to own Hallmark store and really have nice stuff. Way nicer and better service than other similar businesses I've visited in the area. Very disatify with this company. I used them to ship a package i need to ship to my customer for a important event on saturday. I only ship my important stuff UPS with step by step tracking. This company was trying to get me to take all my shipping business to them. I tested them with this one box. It turns out that the person who helpped me shipped it with USPS and didn't use UPS shipping as i requested. His excuse was i wanted the lest expensive cost. That was a lie... I only use UPS for my business. If i wanted it ship USPS i would have taken it to the post office next to me in Anaheim Hills, and not use this Postnet Annex. My package will be in limbo till who knows when, and my customer canceled this order. No shirts for tomorrow tournment. I should have just went to my regular UPS Office and we all would have been better off. Ron said he'll refund my shipping money only because i demanded it. This won't help the kids who can't play their game on Saturday. The sad part of doing business with a new company is you take your chances. I don't recomend this company on any important shipping. Maybe always confirm they are doing the job right. Can't take their word. You tell them what you want and they give you what they think is better. Life don't work that way. Lesson learned. About a month later stopped in for notary service that again was quick and they made it very easy. From dropping off mail packages or using them to help ship, I will not hesitate to use any of their services. 0 effin' stars!!! This place is a RIP OFF!!!! First, they quoted me to $80 to pack 2 boxes for me. Well, I said screw it and packed everything myself--in one box. I bring the box to have it shipped via UPS and they quoted me $116 to ship it UPS Ground. I asked WTF????!! Why is it so expensive??! So the S.O.B tells me it's because it weighs 50 lbs...Well, I checked with UPS and the package weighs only 32 lbs and it only costs me $46!!! These people are thieves!!!
