The store is located towards the back of The Promenade and parking seems to be geared towards smaller cars. There's parking right out front, so that's a plus. I was surprised that the store was as big as it was and offered a decent selection of office supplies for purchase as well as copying and printing services. When I brought my box to the counter, the worker was professional and helpful in making sure that the pre-paid return label was correct and was very kind to help me with a little snafu (on my part) with the bar code. Because she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, I am now less hesitant to do business with FedEx, particularly with this store.

Wine requires someone 21 or older to receive the shipment and we are frequently not home. This is the first time the shipment was sent to this store. In the background our son is graduating from bootcamp and there was a family illness. So we forgot about the wine. We never received notification of receipt from UPS, never received any follow up. We are now recovering and reached out to see if they received the shipment and I was informed that the shipment was returned on 11/4. They only allow one week for pick up. She explained that notices are "supposed" to go out. This clearly did not happen. We didn't know our shipment had arrived. We understand that every company has policies and procedures they must follow, and they have a right to do business the way they see fit. This very dry, technical approach is exactly what I received when calling them this morning. I will be reaching out to the winery next week to explain to them our experience with UPS. Hoping we can work out other arrangements with a company that chooses to follow ALL corporate policies, not just the ones that are convenient for them.

I have lived in this community for years and trusted this business, but after this experience, I no longer feel the same way. Mohammed packaged my purse in a way that looked very different from what I expected. I specifically asked for it to be placed in a box, but he told me the packaging was sufficient. Two days later, my package was nowhere to be found. I returned to Mail & More and was told that the postal carrier had picked it up. I then went to the main post office and spoke with a supervisor. I was told that the package had **never been received or scanned by the USPS**. The supervisor explained that packages picked up from Mail & More that day were scanned, and they were able to show me the tracking records. According to what I was shown, **every other package from that pickup was scanned and processed except mine**. I was also shown mail-truck footage that, according to the supervisor, did not show my package being picked up. When I returned to Mail & More, I was told that there was camera footage from a neighboring property showing the postal carrier picking up the package. I was also told that the package may have been stolen by the postal carrier. However, the USPS supervisor told me that the package had never been scanned into their system. At this point, I cannot say what happened to my package or who is responsible. What I **can** say is that my $2,200 purse was entrusted to this business for shipment, and USPS has no record of receiving or scanning it. Thankfully, the package was insured, but this experience has completely changed my confidence in using this business. **Please be careful and ask questions about how your valuable items are being packaged, documented, and handed over to the carrier.
