Paula did a Fantastic job of providing kind, friendly, value added, customer service with a great attitude. She made me want to come back to this store with all my administrative needs, and I appreciated how she instructed or taught customers how to be self service effecient for the next visit. I find Paula to be an outstanding employee and because of this, I am recommending this FedEx store location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. An older woman employee wearing a blue shirt, who may have been the manager, told me that they do not ship internationally from this location. The interaction came across as dismissive, rude, and I felt as though my questions and business were treated more like an inconvenience than an opportunity to help a customer. If this location truly does not offer international shipping, I completely understand. However, I believe there is a more courteous and professional way to communicate that information. As a new customer in the area, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by the level of customer service I received. I will definitely not be returning at all to this location. Years on we have had minor problems but not enough to complain about. Truth to tell, all I remember was that there was a problem, not what it was. Then today. I got a phone call that they had a package for us (12/24/21) and the next time they would be open would be 12/27. That, of course, meant that I had better get on my horse and pick it up. A delivery of flowers from my son and his wife to my ill wife. Without that call, above what you would expect would be dead flowers. There have been a few other odds and ends of exceptional care. Highly recommend.
