I have been going here for a while now and let me tell you. I am so not happy with the service lately. First off, the new guy Javier is very rude. I have had two separate instances where my merchant has received a completely different item from what I've mailed out. First time, my urban outfitters return came back to me in an HM mailer that was shipped out months before. Second time, Nike contacted me saying they received garage door openers in my Nike return. I find this weird because I returned the Nike shoes maybe two weeks before I returned the garage door openers. And the garage door openers were an Amazon return. I brought this up to the owners attention, and Javier here took it upon himself to try to handle it and say it is UPS. Regardless, something weird is going on and Javier needs to keep his catty comments to himself. I miss the old employees. Hard workers and great customer service. read more

I really like this place. It's in such a convenient location and it has a great staff and service. I have used this place to have things notarized, have had fliers copied and also used their faxing services to both send and receive faxes and each time I go in, they are totally friendly and ready to help. Also, as things in business can move rather fast, the staff here is always on their toes and always do everything to expedite the proccess. Having this little place here feels like I have my own personal office staff and it's awesome. I'm seriously really fond of this place. As somebody who does not feel like investing in a expensive printer and buying ink, replacing ink, buying printing paper, it's all just really too time-consuming! Welcome to postal Annex, where you can make last-minute decisions about printing by just sending them an email attachment of your desired paperwork and Bam when you get there they print out instantly and it's only $.25 per page the last time I checked for black-and-white paperwork. So yes I can be shopping and remember that I have to print something out from my doctors office, so I simply just get the PDF on my iPhone and send it to them and that's it. It's so inexpensive and it saves me from so much trouble dealing with printers ink and paper, this is genius and should be implemented everywhere. Now I understand in the long run this may become expensive if you print all a lot of stuff, but for somebody like me who is a occasional printer, this is just absolutely exceptional! Customer service is also pretty top-notch as well. Better yet what if you have to print something out and mail it, well they are a Postal Service so go ahead and take advantage of their services and I also believe they have a notary on site! read more

I came to the Postal Annex to do a Live Scan. The employee at the front was very friendly, and the live scan operator, which I think is the owner, was also very polite and friendly. From the start, there were some difficulties with getting my prints, but I blamed my dry hands. As I was leaving, I asked the operator if he entered my social security number. He hadn't, so he tried to input it, but he could no longer do it, and then he said it wasn't necessary. I submitted my documents feeling a little doubtful. I then got en email from the location I sent them to telling me my prints were incomplete due to the missing social security number. I then went back to the Postal Annex and explained the situation. The same operator read the email and redid my prints a second time. Again he struggled with my prints, and again I blamed my dry hands. Since it was their oversight, he did not charge me again. After a few weeks, I got another email telling me my prints were still marked incomplete because this time, my social security number was submitted incorrectly by the live scan operator. I did not have the energy to go back to the Postal Annex. I was afraid that something would go wrong again. I lost on the $74 and time spent driving back and forth. I'm disappointed because their customer service is great. I just wish they were more efficient. read more

Stay away from this place. My packages get deliverd. Not only I receive no notification, but when I call them with delivery confirmation at my hand and ask them if there is any packages waiting for me, the girl says, no packages. When I say I have delivery confirmation umbers. Then she bothers to check "THE COMPUTER" and figures "oh yes you have two packages" REALLY ??? No S#!+ ! Also if your package is a little heavy (my better half needed help with a 25 lb pet food bag once) Oh, no, they can not help you. As soon as our contract with these people are over, I am switching providers. This is unacceptable. read more

Without telling customers in advance, they charge an additional fee of $.11 more PER STAMP. Then, when I noticed how expensive the booklets were after making the purchase, they refused to let me return them. No wonder there's never a line at this place. read more
